Purchased an Apple Watch via Wowcher that would come with signs or wear & tear, when I arrived it looked like it had been scraped across the floor for 3 mile!!

Now after numerous emails and sending the watch back I should have received my refund on Wednesday 28th, today they’ve told me they’ve issued a replacement and they can’t cancel so I’ve now got to wait for it to be delivered before sending it back and waiting a further 10-14 for a refund

Terrible experience, first of all I paid for express 1 day delivery. It arrived 3 days late and no refund possible. Then when it finally arrived,it didn't work. According to their answer phone message their agents are always to busy to pick up the phone. I have left 5 messages, still waiting for someone to get back to me.

So after being sceptical after not receiving my original order and reading other reviews, there was a dispute with Royal Mail who denied they had received the goods. Renew electronics answered emails promptly and kept me updated. The laptop has arrived, as informed, today and I am in the process of setting it up. I will review again once it is up and running.

too old and some parts missing

I'm a repeat buyer and the first Chromebook I bought was in great shape. This second one looked like it was run over by a lorry. The ad was misleading. All I can say is once this one packs up I won't be buying from this company again .

Quick postage and delivery. Watch was more scratched and dented than I thought would be reasonable. The battery life is at 72% capacity which again doesn’t last the day. The bargain wasn’t the bargain.

it was a very easy way to buy online it was a very good deal and when i got my chromebook it waseasyto set up ihad no problem itwas ery good delivert

Although described as refurbished watch had 2 large scratches on face of it, wicker sent a copy of small print saying some blemishes should be expected , I did not expect deep scratches on face

Brought a Apple Watch and was delivered on 28th march and now won’t hold its charge

I purchased a refurbished Chromebook which appears to be in good condition and working well the battery has 80% health and their was only one scratch on the screen launcher button. The keyboard however is US and I am in the UK.

Very Disappointed, with the product. The apple watch screen is all scratched cratched, no lead to charge the apple watch. Would never buy from you again. Tried to get a refund and return the product, no response.

Bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them earlier this year. When it arrived, it could not be charged at all. I then had to send it back on my own expenses for them to check and repair. Received it back 10 days ago and guess what - the "repaired" item had exactly the same issue, could not be charged at all. Now customer service wants it to be sent back again to them on my expenses for them to "check" again. I told them no way I will waste more money on a twice received faulty item and that I want a refund NOW or they pay for the return fee.They are now playing stupid, beating around the bush not doing anything.
Shame on Wowcher to feature this shambles company on their website!

It's in perfect condition there's a little mark at the bottom of the screen it does not affect it overall I'm so happy,value for money,can use it as a tablet aswell

Stay clear.!! Bought a refurbished Apple Watch for my son’s birthday, watch arrived and charged but lost charge almost immediately. I contacted the company who replied quickly however stated I should charge the watch for 48hrs for it to rest. (Never heard as much rubbish in all my life) anyway I did as they suggested and still the watch was charging then within 4 mins dropping to 10%. Clearly not working.. I then have to pay the postage myself to return the faulty watch. Really disappointed with the service and the fact the watch clearly hadn’t been checked before posting. Now patiently waiting for a refund!! I would not recommend or buy from the company again,
