From the web it told me I would get quotes in 90seconds. What I got was a reply saying that 5 companies would contact me. All I wanted was a ball park figure to work out what I can afford.

Had an issue with address search as wouldn’t find the town I was moving too hence the 4 star.

Their site was easy to use - are the companies checked though?
Their site was easy to use. One company contacted us within 5 minutes. A wide range of companies: some were very professional and some that felt like cowboys (no ID, no literature, not even taking notes!)
(Because of the unprofessional approach of some companies I deducted 1 star; also because we didn’t get advised how many companies potentially would get in touch, or which ones, so we knew who were genuine and if any were spammers or not legit. They didn’t feel as ‘vetted’ as if I’d got in touch with companies myself’ which led to the loss of another star.)

Great Service and Follow-Up.
