I don't as a rule like this way of doing things. For example, I got phone calls at 8.00am on a Sunday morning.

My experience with this website was brilliant. After I filled in my request for quotes, a few companies contacted me. Most were local, but one or two slipped through who were probably nationwide, but didnt have representation in my area (north east of Scotland). Some contacts were by email and a few did actually contact by Royal Mail, and that was actually really helpful- as didnt end up in junk folders etc. and you could then look up their details and phone/whatssap/email etc. Maybe because of being in the NE of Scotland but there were only about 5 or 6 companies that contacted me, a nice number without it being overwhelming.
The "Removals Quoter" partner website that I had used through the Removals Index.com website where had put in my request for quotes was easy to use and took just a minute to look into and then put in the request to be contacted about my removal needs. I received an email from the removals index website, to confirm what I had requested, and with a removals index email address to get in touch if any of my details weren't correct. I was reassured this was all very non-scammy, and I didn't receive any marketing emails after from either website, just three requests to rate the Removals Index website, and that is why I am here! 5 star!

I dreaded phoning round for quotes!
When I googled removals I noticed Removals Index and decided to give it a try , after filling in some questions all I had to do was wait for the companies to get back to me,they did , within 24 hrs I had 6 quotes to compare hassle free .

I think the idea behind this is good, saves a lot of searching and phoning around. Put in the basics and let companies contact you if they fit the criteria. Simples

I found your service to be helpful. I initially wanted one specific company to quote and I did get a call from them with 2 other different smaller companies.

I just signed on to the site and within 24-48 hrs several local firms had contacted me and have made appointments to come and assess what needs moving in order to give me quotes. This took a lot of pressure off me for which I was very grateful.
