shopping was easy
Ordering and paying was easy.
Order confirm was ok.
Delivery tracking was a little bit tricky first have to go your account and check order status and copy tracking code and then go to dhl tracking site.
One star minus to package. Hard box might be more realible.

As it should be: ordered, paid (Paypal), confirmation, trackingnumber, delivery in 3 days and of course the product was as expected. So, 100% score. And, after simply setting the slide-switches as in the original remote, it even worked! ;-)

Ultra fast delivery but the product was horrible
Bought a HR A868F4 REMOTE
Delivery to Sweden was VERY fast but the range of this particular remote is about 2 meters. I bought 2 pieces and the range is the same for both.
Therefor I have to be INSIDE the garage to open the gate.

Delivery to netherlands in one day!; HR AQ2640F4 fully hormann compatible
I ordered the 40Mhz (40.685) AQ2640F4 and it was delivered wihtin 24 hours to the Netherlands. Taking over the code from an old original 40Mc Hormann remote was done in 3 minutes (slightly different combination of keys to press to open learning mode, but there was an excellent instruction A4 leaflet). Garage door worked like a charm. And a lot cheaper than the average 60 euro requested in the Netherlands. Means I will not feel that bad when the this one is lost or dropped in pieces by a family member.
