Reliance Travels Ltd Omdömen

Alex was very helpful and patient with me in organising my Qatar Airways flights to Koh Samui for a trip I’m planning to take in March 2024. I didn’t feel under any pressure; he explained things to me when I sought clarification. Alex is an asset to Reliance Travels Ltd.

Matthew Morrison helped me through the process and explained what seats I had. He was patient when trying to make the payment

The service was amazing, very helpful, I just want to say thank you Matthew for everything you have done for me and my family.

What an amazing experience I had yesterday when I called to reserve two seats next to each other on the plane. Firstly the phone rang once and was instantly answered, when was the last time that happened to you ? It was Shakeel Abbas I discovered later. At first I thought he was an answering machine I hadn't expected a human to answer at all. So surprised was I when he went on to secure my seats in the best part of the plane and was able to painlessly take payment over the phone. Rarely do you get such kind unrushed help over the phone. Shakeel you really know how to treat people well and your comand of the English language is brilliant. What a pleasure it is to deal with you. You really helped me. You are such an asset to any organization. I really appreciate you. Thank you so much.
Nick Armstrong.

I cannot thank her enough for making the experience so straightforward. As far as the company goes, to me it is a very reliable provider, and if required, I wouldn’t hesitate to book through them again.
