Reliable Property Group Omdömen

Monique was fantastic rearranging a survey at short notice because my vendor cancelled the original date , followed by Josh turning around a comprehensive report in a few days
if you need a survey , look no further - fantastic service, fantastic communication and superb value

I spoke to a sales person on the phone who said they would be able to get my survey confirmed in 24 hours and done the following week. 1 week later and the survey still had not been confirmed, it took multiple calls to actually get the booking confirmed, at this point they then said they were not able to do the survey for another month. I requested a refund and again this took multiple emails/calls to actually get the refund processed.
Do not use this business if you want a quick turnaround.

We booked in for a quote and spoke with “Jay”. Initial conversation was ok, and we considered them as they were the lowest quote so far. However, upon reading the various reviews on Trust Pilot and the number of similar complaints on missed issues and surprise charges vs quotes, we decided to go with an independent surveyor (who is £150 higher). I just had a follow-up call from Jay and would definitely avoid this company. When he asked for the reason we weren’t going with them, I stated the review findings. His answer was that everyone has their own opinion and they are too booked up sometimes, so things can be rushed/missed. Sorry, but if I’m paying for a service that will impact my future home in this manner, I need a company that will not only do a good job, but also own up to mistakes and make changes, not excuses and dismiss complaints. Jay asked that I still consider them and make my own “positive” review. So here it is. I’m positive this company is a red flag.

Booking was easy and the price was good.
However, the day before the survey, I received a notice that the surveyor had been changed. The day after the survey, I received the report, which was satisfactory.

Then the nightmare began.

My solicitor had two simple questions about the report. When I sent these questions to the surveyor, I received an out-of-office notice stating that she had already left the company. A staff member replied, saying my request would be escalated.

I chased them for one month with countless calls and emails. There wasn't even a holding message. Despite numerous promises that my matter would be resolved, nothing happened.
After a month of frustration, I decided to escalate the matter by writing to the CEO. Magically, they provided an answer within two days.

I definitely do not recommend anyone use this company's services.

Still waiting for a refund no email communication or confirmation please issue my refund asap.

We've used Reliable Property Group for Homebuyers Report and were very happy with their services. They were very prompt and organised the date for the survey directly with the estate agent. We received our report promptly and our surveyor, Evita, was happy to answer any further queries we had. The whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend theem.

I recently used Reliable Property Group for a RICS Level 2 Survey and was extremely impressed. The surveyor was professional and knowledgeable, providing a detailed, easy-to-understand report. Key issues were clearly highlighted with practical recommendations, giving me confidence in my purchase decision. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Reliable property services were recommended to us for the survey on our property. The whole process was dealt with in a timely and professional way we would have no problem in recommending them to any other person.

Great customer service. I was given a date for a survey that was a bit later than I had wanted, when I asked if this could be brought forward I was helped immediately. A useful survey and helpful surveyor. Many thanks.

I was shocked with the level of service I received. Although they gave me a date soon after my call, but I was shocked when I surveyor did not mention a big crack in the wall in the report. I specifically booked the survey for this reason. I have told both the surveyor and the one who booked me the date about the crack.

I was extremely disappointed that they still did not mention it and when I called several times no answer. I have emailed the company they said the surveyor is on annual leave for two weeks.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Very quick and efficient booking process. Survey was booked in a week after contact and happy with the thorough reporting. They make it very clear to understand. Good communication too if you have follow up questions. The report took 5 working days to come back to us which was fine. Would recommend!

Excellent, was really unsure on who to use to do my survey, I am really pleased I used this company, I was updated to when they were going round, and given information straight after.
I had a level 2 survey done, I was happy with the service I had, I thought it was very in-depth.
Definitely really happy and would recommend

Our experience with Reliable Property Group was brilliant. We had our survey done very quickly, it was very thorough and the communication with them was excellent. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. We would highly recommend them. Thank you for making this part of home purchase less stressful.

i used their service 2 years ago .The price is reasonable, soon after phone call nearly next day appointment. Josh Kings gave me a detail survey from top to bottom. Very impressed for such price. I recommended all my friends and clients who need property survey. Isabelle from Ascot

Absolute fantastic company, very efficient, very fast, reliable and lovely people. Joshua was extremely helpful when he came round and the bookings team were the most lovely people I've ever spoke too. Would highly recommend.

Competitive quote and produced report within a week. Would definitely use again.

Provided prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price and short notice! The company liaised smoothly with the estate agents to arrange for the visit, and provided me with the completed report within a few days. Would recommend this company. (The valuation portion of the HomeBuyers report came in very handy as sellers tried to increase the asking price just before exchange.)

John (The surveyor) provided outstanding service during my recent home evaluation. His attention to detail was truly commendable and gave me confidence in my purchase decision. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I understood every aspect of the evaluation process. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from start to finish, making the experience smooth and informative. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a thorough and reliable surveyor.

Everyone was helpful. The survey was well detailed and came within day
