Whilst the quality of the goods was first class the information regarding delivery was almost nonexistent.The items arrived in the post box without any information regarding progress and responsibility for delivery.
We think that this aspect needs attention.

I contacted Regent Gifts when I made a mistake with my direct order to Coeur De Lion. I need to order a necklace not normally (new to) on the Regent Gifts web site an wanted to avoid the £9 delivery fee from Germany.
They were very understanding and immediately investigated the possibility of ordering the unusual item for me. they responded quickly and had it all sorted within 2 days and at a better price and no delivery costs. amazing. I now have the new item and will go direct to Regent Gifts in future for anything from Coeur de Lion. Thanks you to all the team at Regent Gifts - a pleasure doing business with you.
