Dr Fazel was recommended by my friend.
I've always wanted to have breast augmentation surgery for 20 years, when time was right all I needed is to find a best surgeon. And I did.
His knowledge and all explanation made me feel I was going to the right surgeon.
Consultations went smoothly, he helped us to choose right size. I went for the surgery without a shadow of worry. The surgery went so well and in a week I could see the results! They were perfect! At last both the size and height. Post surgery went smoothly and I was back on my feet and back to gym training.
It's been over the year and I am still over the moon!
If you ever decide to go for breast augmentation or lift, you ARE in the right place!

Cannot fault Mr Fazel and his team on how helpful and supportive they were when I booked in for breast implant removal and uplift. Mr Fazel was professional and understanding throughout, giving me options available to me. Absolutely amazing! I 100% recommend Dr Fazel he and his team did an amazing job, I had a Breast Reduction on April 16th with Dr Fazel and I am now 7 weeks post op. I went to see Mr Fazel for a consultation for my jowls and breasts. For my jowls he suggested Facetite and for my breasts an uplift with implants. I found his approach to be meticulous, caring and honest. He gave me all my options, ensured I saw a psychologist and made me feel that my well being was central to him. The surgery was seamless and the results from both my breasts and eyelids are outstanding.

Mr Fazel and his team have treated me twice, first a lumpectomy in 2020, then a bilateral mastectomy in 2023.

Throughout both processes he has shared information with me, answered my questions and offered follow up appointments to make me feel reassured. I attribute his thoroughness in his examinations to detecting my tumors in both occasions. He's also very personable and easy to deal with, as is Jane, his BCN at the PMH in Windsor. His office has also been very helpful consistently. Before my second surgery I explained I wanted to seek a second opinion and he was very open and understanding. I've always felt in safe and honest hands with Mr Fazel and his team. Finally he referred me to another great surgeon in London to do my reconstruction, after explaining me all the options, and even his recommendation was spot on. So I can only recommend Mr Fazel and team, and if I ever have to go through any of this again, I hope I can be treated by him.

I recently had a unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Fazel (London based)
After 23 years with breast implants, one ruptured, prompting me to seek medical
attention.

My first two choices of surgeons were unavailable and I needed my ruptured chest fixed ASAP.
Despite my initial impressions of Dr. Fazel, knowledgeable and caring during on our first meeting, issues arose later.
In this first meeting I mention to Dr Fazel I wished for an improved smaller size, but at the same time respecting the tissue pockets already in place. I gave a visual reference of the preferred size and shape.

A week before surgery I got a invoice with the implant sizes the doctor had ordered to have options while operating, when I read the sizes, even with my little knowledge and research they seemed much smaller than anticipated.
I contacted his assistant to express my concern. These concerns were dismissed and everything moved forward to the day of surgery, where again I express my concern on the proposed implants sizes, I was made to feel everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about.

I was dissatisfied with the outcome from day one, finding myself with saggy, empty-looking breasts and wrinkly skin due to the previous bigger implants
I mentioned all this on the first post-op follow up, the second follow-up appointment was postponed. When I finally took the third appointment (4th month) Dr. Fazel was fully understanding of the outcome and my dissatisfaction.

Dr. Fazel suggested a review surgery paying only for hospital fees and implants (which would’ve been half the price) I was upset having to go through surgery again, downtime and spending more money but I accepted to move forward.
The detailed breakdown arrived a few days later, but without the discount that had been discussed leaving me feeling again deceived and dismissed.

Furthermore, my communication with Dr. Fazel has been minimal, as he was seldom available, and interactions were always through his assistant.
When I expressed my dismay I was transferred to the “complaints department” and again this lack of direct communication contributes to a sense of dismissal and frustration. Aside the Complaints departments was a stone wall.

I am now 9 months post op and still when I run I have to wear my surgical bra to keep the implants from moving around while running causing me sore breasts.

In summary, my experience with Dr. Fazel has been disappointing, and I urge others to thoroughly research and seek recommendations before choosing a surgeon. Trusting solely in positive feedback or social media endorsements may not provide an accurate reflection of a doctor's capabilities and commitment to patient satisfaction.

Mr Fazel was not helpful and told me he could do an upper balpheroplasty but I would have visible scarring as I had 'too much up there'. He didn't explain if this was too much skin, tissue, fat etc and took less than a minute examining me. I explained that I didn't want visible scar tissue and thought the whole point of blapheroplasty was to conceal scarring. He then pushed me to make another appointment with him after an appointment with a psychologist (both of which incurred further fees).I paid £100 for this 'consultation' and spent nearly 15 minutes in the waiting room as he was running late and less
than 5 minutes in consultation. Dont waste your money. I contacted his secretary Olivia afterwards with my feedback and got 'OK' in response.

After 3 pregnancies I started to be insecure of the loose skin on my belly. I heard great things about doctor Fazel so I booked an appointment with him. After meeting him and discussing my concerns I felt comfortable to continue ahead with the procedure because he was incredibly attentitive and polite. Throughout the process I was well taken care of by the staff. Following my surgery I am exceptionally satisfied with the result, I finally gained my confidence back! I highly recommend Dr. Fazel, he is the best surgeon!
p.s. I had Liposuction, abdominoplasty and breast augmentation done.

I've seen a few surgeons before I met Mr Fazel, my first impression of him was great, he took the time to explain in a manner I would understand, no medical jargon! I had a breast implant removal without the uplift and I am so happy with the result and would recommend Mr Fazel without hesitation. I can not even begin to put into words how pleased I am with my new pert breasts. I had a reduction and an uplift.I am 5'3 and quite small framed, I went from an almost G cup to a much more prettier and perkier D cup. I'm only 6 weeks post op and am completely healed. It's something I thought of doing for so long but put it off as I did too much online 'research' and scared myself. I can honestly say that I felt zero pain, although I did take pain meds for 3 days after op. I was slightly uncomfortable but that was it. I underwent a breast augmentation with 220cc and 230 cc Motiva implants, which got placed over the muscles.

Mr. Fazel has been authentic and kind from the first consultation to the final appointment. Communication could not have been better. E. g. he has been straightforward in clarifying the risks, upsides, and downsides of all possible options. His team is very responsive to any questions and inquiries. If I had complications after the surgery, someone would have been there to help at any time - either from the Refresh-Team or a nurse (Refresh provides emergency contact details).

The results look natural and perfect to me. Besides the appearance, it was also important that my everyday life as an active person would not be affected. I have started working out (tried what 'feels right') six/seven weeks after surgery. Within one week, I was e. g. able to swim (crawl), cycle, do sets of pull-ups, push-ups, snatches.
