We bought two flats at Dillon Court, Lauren Irwin was our Redloft Sales person. We found her very friendly, professional, patient, nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish she understood our needs and made our purchases run smoothly.

I can’t praise Red Loft enough. My partner and I were not only buying our first home, but doing so during the latter stages of the birth of our first child! That coupled with several challenges dealing with our solicitor made this an extremely challenging and stressful time.

After a very long, frustrating and tiresome but process (6 months) which no fault to RedLoft I have finally completed and moved into my new apartment on 29th April. Almost can’t believe i have moved in as there were times I thought it wasn’t going to happen. Firstly I had to changed lender twice one stating they where over exposed on the development and the other under valued the apartment due to a huge mistake from the surveyor (I have to keep it clean here but I have no kind words for him) this put at least a month delay. Then found another lender which had a long process for surveyor again but this was more for waiting for EWS1. HOWEVER during this 6 months saga Lauren from Red Loft went over and above her remit to chase and push things along. Connecting me with a reasonable solicitor. There was constant and regular communication. If I could describe the service I received it would be OUTSTANDING.
Completion and handover went smoothly.

I just moved with Redloft in London - great service and very professional staff who made the moving process go very smoothly, particularly Moiz Ahmed and Nikki Zammit. Would highly recommend them, particularly to first time buyers.

Moving in the middle of pandemic is certainly not an easy task, but, Red Loft have attempted to make the move as easy and smooth as possible. Communication has been frequent and timely and a huge effort has been made to ensure that we are able to enjoy our new home.

I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Lauren Irwin who promptly dealt with any queries I had and ensured that I was kept updated with any information regarding the property.

My experience with Redloft was overall a positive one. The Senior Sales Advisor who took me through the application process was very nice and approachable. There were some lengthy wait periods at times but I was pretty much kept in the loop. On completion and picking up our keys were given a hamper of high end essentials which I thought was a really nice touch. The new build apartment was finished to a high standard and we look forward to many happy years in our new home. No complaints!
