Just collected our new car from Redgate Lodge, Andy Nixon dealt with everything for us, the process was easy and straight forward, Andy was courteous and very professional.
The car was spotlessly clean and very well presented, along with all cars we looked at on the forecourt.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Redgate Lodge again in the future.

I saw the car I fancied on Redgates website. Spoke to Andy to see if it was still available and arranged a viewing.
The car was presented in spotless condition and I was able to have a good look around it by myself with no pressure before going for a test drive with Andy. The car did not disappoint.

Andy was extremely courteous and professional with no pressure, he talked me through all the options of finance available which was completely straight forward with no hard sell whatsoever.

I would be more than happy to deal with Andy again and will definitely look to what Redgate have for when I ever change my car.

I will be recommending these guys to people who are looking for a car. It was a man enjoyable experience.

Visited Redgate Lodge 1 week ago and test drove a Mercedes A Class. Met with Andy on the day and he was very helpful and guided me through the finance options etc.

Travelled down to Newcastle to pick up a small electric Nissan. My first experience of an electric car so was feeling anxious about 120 mile journey home and having to charge the car halfway etc. However Andy was very helpful and gave me some confidence after a test drive and working out the charger. I was very glad of that as I did have to stop halfway home! The car feels nice to drive and looks in very good condition so I’m hoping that my efforts to go a bit greener will be worth it and that it proves to be a good buy. Thank you Andy and the team at Redgate.

Bought a car here from Paul laidler quick and professional experience

We were looking for a small car for my 17 year old daughter to learn to drive and last for at least the least 5 years!
We saw an advert which really stood out from any competitors and saw what appeared to look like a perfect car for us.
We went to see it and qas met by Andy who was amiable and unpushy. We asked about the Ka and he immediately gave us the keys and said shes over ther, go have a look sit in her and see what you think. Absolutely no pressure! Loved this approach.
The car was exactly like advert and perfect for my daughter ❤️ who was instantly in love!
We went back to Andy and asked for a test drive which he arranged immediately.
He explained car was not the usual spec for their dealership but had done a part ex due to the condition etc.
We gave a deposit and returned the next day where she was ready and waiting for us.
Excellent service from Andy from start to finish, would strongly recommend. Trust is a big thing when buying a car snd even though we came from Darlington I would definitely use again due to the staff and Andy.
He even took a pic of my daughter 'new car day' for Facebook which was a great touch.

Came into Redgate lodge after seeing a car online. Paul S helped me through the process of buying the car and kept in regular contact throughout the different stages. He was very helpful and friendly. Very happy customer with my new car. Couldn’t recommend enough !

I arrived down from Glasgow to meet Paul. Car was well presented and we went for test drive. All good and straightforward with paperwork.
Left car to have ceramic coating applied so Paul very kindly arranged overnight stay in local hotel. All in, a no hassle pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Overall buying experience very easy, simple and the car was ready. The garage replaced the timing belt and other parts before they listed it which is great when buying a used car.

Andy was great. The car is great. Would highly recommend.
