The Woburn clinic is in lovely setting
The Woburn clinic is in lovely setting, plenty of car parking and very easy to find.
Lots of wildlife to see in the adjacent fields.
Vinston is very professional and made me feel at ease on my first visit. He explained things thoroughly and the exercise and stretches I have been sent are very comprehensive with a video for each to ensure one undertakes them correctly.
I am looking forward to my next appointment at the same time next week.

Honestly
Honestly, I can't recommend these guys enough. As a heating engineer I struggle with back pain on a regular basis and the treatment is of the highest standard. I've seen many people over the years but after seeing both Diana and Olivia on separate occasions I can hand on heart say they are better than everyone. Not only are they attentive, sensitive and very caring, they are brilliant at their job, 100% perfect professionals ❤️

RED physiotherapy are miracle workers
RED physiotherapy are miracle workers. I had damaged my ankle and the tendons, was struggling to walk and my foot had swollen enormously. What Diana and the team managed within 10 sessions was amazing!
Found the whole process very professional, was sent online forms to complete before the first session. Great contact from Daniel to organise appointments very quickly after contacting him. I would fully recommend RED to you.

RED were really good with me
RED were really good with me, but the assessments take too long to do and should be outside the allotted treatment times. Like, 'fill these forms while you're waiting'. I had 4 x half hour slots and lost one in total for a brief and debrief on the forms. That's a system thing, not treatment.
Vinston is terrific though and a great character. Top marks!

The assessments take as long as your private healthcare provider told us to take, nothing to do with us and our service. Diana is the best physio
Diana is the best physio! After only one session the treatment she applied on my back, has started to have results and she gave me lots of good advices and exercises to help the recovery. I am still getting physio sessions and it’s only getting so much better! Thank you a lot Diana also for your kindness
