I bought the Aerogard home UV light trap. It does not work. The insects happily fly around it and it does not attract them. It is an expensive, large and ugly.

The managers at Hull Reckitt are completely incompetent and encourage a toxic work environment. Kilner is the worst, she singles good workers out and then starts the bully tactics, she is petrified as she is of low intelligence and knowledge, HR protects her as they know she is a horrendous person. She would sell her mother for a pay rise or good yearly review.

Hice un pedido mediante MIRAVIA. Me enviaron un producto erróneo,.hice una foto que les envié e inmediatamente devolví el producto siguiendo sus instrucciones. I made a purchase based on an email from your Finish brand (finish.co.uk). The 1 get 1 free advert. But you didn't send me the free product.

I contacted customer service and they said they didn't have such a package and that I was lying. I am not a liar, the emails and all correspondence, your advertising emails, my order details are in my mailbox. I believe this error and the unusual correspondence I have with your customer service needs to be corrected.

Your customer service doesn't even know how to sell a product. But that's my mistake, I made the mistake of buying from your website instead of Asda, Lidl, Tesco. I won't make that mistake again.

Review the advertising emails you send. Review your system. Then you will know whether I am a liar or not. As I mentioned above, I have all the advertising emails I received from you and the information about which advertisements I made a purchase based on. I'm sure you have this information too if you take the trouble to review it.

Avoid Hull Reckitts at all costs. The management team are a disgrace. They enjoy a revolving door of employees due to the bullying that goes on from managers. The female ATL in Dries NKilner is an absolute nightmare, been in the same role for 20 years and so incompetent but this is the blueprint for the entire leadership team across Supply, HR Department are aware but do nothing. A miserable site to work.

Worked at their Hull site for 19 years and I'm sorry but I don't have a single good word to say about them. The way that myself and colleagues were treated with utter contempt and exploited was disgraceful. If they went out of business I would buy a bottle of champagne and box of cigars to celebrate.

MÉPRIS total du client. J'ai acheté un produit "HARPIC Power Plus 10x" qui sent ... la pourriture ! çà veut dire que ça a été mal fabriqué mais ils le vendent quand même. "il n'y a pas de petits profits". On ne me rembourse pas, on ne reconnaît pas le problème. Ils font la sourde oreille en répondant à coté. "Les goûts de chacun sont différents", faisant preuve d'une mauvaise foi extraordinaire. Je leur ai réexpliqué en long et en large. Plus aucune réponse.
Je n'achèterais plus JAMAIS de produits Harpic ni d'autre produits du groupe et je vais partager mon expérience partout et en plusieurs langues, car c'est révoltant.
En plus ils sont idiots de perdre leur clients pour quelques misérables euros.
Je vais chercher des alternatives. Je pense qu'ils se sentent puissants et intouchables. Liste de produits :
Hygiene : Lysol / Dettol / Finish / VANISH / HARPIC / Air Wick
Santé : Nurofen / Strepsils / Gaviscon (et Gavisconelle = la même chose mais plus cher !) / DUREX / Veet / Clearasil / Mucinex
Nutrition : Enfamil / Nutramigen

I contacted them because I bought a can of Lysol spray that didn't work. They said they would send me a cheque for $5. They did, and it bounced when I deposited it! I have contacted them to find out why it bounced but no reply.

Complete and utter dreadful company with zero customer service/support
as you can see by all the negative reviews. I have sent photos but this firm insists of video evidence.. I sent this 4 days ago but no response. This is an ongoing problem with their product at least 2 years now with no improvement seen

Het is een verschrikkelijk bedrijf met schadelijke producten! Ik heb bijna 6 maanden geleden het merk Veet wax strips gekocht voor de ongewenste haren op de rug, na het gebruik gelijk huiduitslag , het lichaam was direct daarna ontstoken en inwendige bloedingen onder de huid, had gevaar op bloedstollingen. Het probleem bij de aankoppunt Kruidvat gemeld, Kruidvat heeft mij in deze zaak heel netjes bijgestaan en het product voor onderzoek naar Reckitt doorgestuurd, Reckitt beweerde eerst dat het product daar niet aangekomen zou zijn, na mail verkeer met de Kruidvat het product toch boven water gekomen, na lange tijd wachten beweert Reckitt nu dat het niets aan product mankeert en het product verkeerd gebruikt zou zijn , omdat ik het onderzoek van Reckitt niet vertrouwde heb ik het product die onderzocht zou zijn teruggevraagd wat overigens nog steeds mijn eigendom is, maar Reckitt zegt dat het product na het onderzoek is vernietigd. Tevens zeer slechte klantenservice, de beloftes blijven uit, contact persoon bij Reckitt is ook van de zaak afgehaald terwijl die dame haar best deed om mijn klacht op redelijke wijze te oplossen. Managers van dit bedrijf zijn zeer onmenselijk en ten aanzien van gezondheid van de consument zeer onverantwoordelijk!! Ze durven ook een nog een mail te versturen met dreigende taal als je tegen hun verdere juridische stappen wilt nemen!!

'I must admit to being mystified by your attitude and policies. I contacted you in November of 2023, asking for a replacement of the spray gun on your Lysol containers and you couldn't or wouldn't do that. You said I would get a $5 refund and as of today January 25, 2024 you still haven't delivered. I can't believe how unimportant your customers are to you.'

Coming to Reckitt Derby for a HGV collection, with all the safety to lock the wheels on the bays, after handing the keys in the despatch office, I have been told to wait in a very small room with no TV, microwave just one hot drink machine, obviously not free.
Waiting for over 2 hours in this room without the right facilities its just COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL TO US (DRIVER’S)
Tried to speak to one of the managers, and his posture was rude and told me he didn't want to listen " and its either you seat there or leave the site now"

les tablettes finish tout en 1 on totalement noirci mon argenterie que je lavais sans aucun problème depuis des années au lave vaisselle, j'ai contacté le service client pour le signaler, celui-ci m'envoie une réponse toute faite , dans le dénis complet du problème, je me demande s'ils ont lu ma question ! je précise que j'ai fait plusieurs tests et que c'est bien les tablettes qui sont responsables, de plus j'ai vu sur des forums que d'autres personnes ont rencontré le même problème (solutionné par un changement de marque) .
