reburger was amazing, wonderful staff and food was super good and super-fast and clean inside, i come very week! 100 percent recommend!!

We would give it 0 if we could, very dissatisfied. We had 2 burgers and fries. We threw away the fries as they had more salt on them than is in the world's oceans! The Duke burger sauce was like leaking a 9 Volt battery. The Mean bean burger would have made Vindaloo appear mild. The presentation was poor, the sauces and filings were everywhere. No napkins - do we really need to ask for them??? The wait time was over 20 minutes....

Sadly dissapointed, tried to order a burger instore, however the price quoted on screen for the burger did not match what they tried to charge when it came to payment by several dollars.
No note about any "service charge" being a holiday so i have to assume this is just their normal business practice.
When ordering, be aware of this pricing.

Petone ReBurger was busy when I went in on Thursday the 4th July yet my order came through within 10 minutes. Burger and service was amazing

The burger was beautiful. The rest was ok. A can of coke costs $6.50. I just can’t justify the 500% mark up on something that requires no services, skills or preparation. It has made the whole meal screaming “rip off”. Will not go back again.

After a long shift at work my partner and I thought we'd go to Re Burger in Grey Lynn and check out their food, heard really good things on Tiktok and face book about their food so we thought we'd check it out.

Not knowing when it was going to be the ideal time to come.

On arrival it was packed and people standing around everywhere. There was a booth at the front to place an order on the kiosk but it was unmanned. So I had to go to the second booth and call the server over so I can place a manual order, didn't want to use the kiosk because I was sure what the name of the combo was.

He was busy talking to another customer so I felt rude interrupting. Anyway I placed my order with him, 2 chicken tender combos and he told me there would be a 40 min wait. I thought that was a long time to wait but I said OK anyway. I thought it could manage that.

The place looked bigger on the inside than the outside. The decor was interesting. Graffiti style pictures on the wall and stuff. Kinda retro vibe happening here. It was 8pm when I ordered.

I waited in the car for 40 mins and then went in to get my order. Omg i was there for another 35 mins until I had had enough. Other people were going up to the booth complaining that they had only received half their order, and another one complained that they've been waiting for an hour and then when finally did they receive their order, they weren't given their drinks.

Omg I was getting anxious now. The people around me were shaking their heads in disapproval, breathing deeply and checking their watches as it became evident that the wait would be longer.

An hour later, I started to wonder if they were ever going to finish my order. The server dude asked me what my number was again and i told him. He asked again 20 mins later. I went up to the booth after waiting for an hour and 15 mins and told him I have to go and it was really bad. He told me he will have it ready in 2 to 3 mins. Apologizing for the long wait.

Seriously tho, that was ridiculous and I only wanted Two chicken tender combos. Shouldn't have taken that long.
I got my order at 9:15pm. Disgusting 🫣

He gave it to Me and consoled me by refunding me with $20 bucks. I paid about $50.

I took it to my car and on opening it, we only received two chicken tenders out of three that we saw advertised in the combo. People allover tiktok were raving about how great their three tenders were so This was a let down.
I didn't have any more patience to go back and complain, and didn't want to wait a single minute longer.

The chicken tenders were delicious but the sauce was too strong. The Two slices of bread were nothing to rave home to mum about neither.

To conclude, I probably won't be back any time soon. I am very disappointed with re burger and their array of mismanagement, telling me lies and then to be given a box of food that looked undesirable.

Advice: don't tell people there's 40 min wait and then take over an hour.

We had plans to go out after that but that drama just ruined it.

And We gave a homeless man and his dog the $20 bucks they gave me. Hope he was able to make use of it.

I went to the self check out selected a burger for $18 and go to the checkout and it automatically charges me over $20.
Talked to the guy at the counter and he said it was a transaction fee for using the self checkout?? shouldn’t it be cheaper using the self checkout not more expensive as I’m not bothering the employees ? Can’t work that one out??
Won’t go back seems like a ripoff to me.

Best burgers I've had in Palmerston North. Massive serving sizes! Loaded fries were actually loaded. Food service was quick and friendly. Store atmosphere was good!

Been several times but I won't be returning. Placed our takeaway order with a barely interested employee. My son & I were advised of a 25-minute wait. We went for a walk, then came back to wait at a table. The table was sticky as was the floor, clearly neither had been cleaned for some time. When we got home both our burgers had way too much sauce, overpowering any other taste & also dripped out the side of the burgers. Not to mention we first had to work out which burger was who's as the boxes hadn't been marked. The overpriced chips were also unenjoyable.

Wow, Saturday night about 6pm at Rolleston, Canterbury.
Clean and welcoming. The aroma in store was enticing. Staff were busy but keeping up with the orders. Once we had decided what we wanted we were served straight away in a friendly manner. Menu selection is extensive. Burgers, Fries (I counted 7 options for loaded fries) and Waffles with options for Vegos and kids. We ordered a Legacy Burger Combo, eat in (takeaway available), not cheap but well worth it. (cheaper options are available)
Fries crisp and seasoned, the burger didn’t just look good, it tasted great!
Waffles both savoury and sweet are available but we were too full to try them. We will be returning!
