The Real Alcázar of Seville is an absolute must-visit and one of the highlights of Seville. è uno scam in piena regola, NON è il sito ufficiale, il biglietto è venduto a più del doppio del prezzo, per quanto vale ho avvisato l'ufficio turismo che questo sito appare sempre in cima alle ricerche web mentre l'ufficiale galleggia tra il quinto e il sesto risultato

site de réservation mal pensé, conditions de vents à leur avantage, service client inadapté et accro a chagpt. Ne surtout pas réserver pas cette plateforme

AVOID. SCAM. Charges 25 euro extra for a ticket with no extra features.

They seem to pretend to be the official Alcazar website, but instead just overcharge you by 160%!!!! (So you pay 260% of the prize! More than DOUBLE!!)

And, despite them saying that they don’t affiliate with the real alcazar, that is very cleverly hidden or disguised.

The logo is big and black, and says REAL ALCAZAR, but then very small in yellow over the white background they write (by feel the city).

They say that the additional price comes with additional benefits, like the audio guide (which is free on the official website anyway) or customer support (which is an automated bot that just repeats useless stuff anyway) and is not needed unless you realize by how much they overcharged you.

I purchased tickets/tour for the Real Alcázar of Seville after seeing a sponsored search advert and website messaging that gave a strong impression of an official/authorised route to buy and referenced “Free Cancellation.”
The advert read like this:

After purchase, when I tried to cancel, I was refused a refund and was told that cancellations/refunds are not permitted because tickets are named and for a fixed date/time. The responses I received relied on standard terms rather than addressing the consumer-facing “Free Cancellation” wording that influenced my decision to buy.
What I found confusing (and what I think other consumers should be aware of) is that the operation appears to be associated with multiple names/domains. I purchased through Feel The City Tours, and there is also a separate site/domain used in this space: realalcazarsevilla.com. In practice, this makes it easy for visitors to believe they are on an official monument channel when they are not.
For clarity, the official Real Alcázar website uses a .org domain (alcazarsevilla.org). I would strongly recommend visitors check that and compare prices before paying.
This review is based on my own experience and written correspondence with the seller.

Es una auténtica estafa, compré en realalcazarsevilla.com pensando que era el canal oficial del Real Alcázar de Sevilla ya que se hacen pasar por ello y no lo es y lo peor es que revenden las entradas a un precio totalmente de usura, mas del doble del precio oficial
Me cobraron 39,90 € cuando la entrada general oficial cuesta 15,50 €.

No compréis aquí y denunciarlo donde podáis par evitar este tipo de abusos.

Scammer, ti fanno pagare 39,90 per poi fornirti dei biglietti da 15,50 che sono quelli ufficiali. Si spacciano per il sito ufficiale quando in realtà sono una “agenzia” che non offre nulla in più rispetto al biglietto standard

SCAM! You pay almost three times the price of the tickets for nothing! Stay away from that website and go to the official one with .org extension.

Jamais reçu les billets, jamais remboursé !

I have to admit that previous posts are absolutely right. On one hand it is legally fine (I guess in Spain too :) to offer tickets for more than the official price but it’s morally wrong to pretend to be the official ticket shop and to ask more than double the price for no additional service. Why not offer a guide, personal welcome, free bottle of water for the extra charge? I would feel way better as a customer and kind of justify the overcharge.

Fake website acting like the official ticketshop.
High prices, difficult forms, and you will never get your tickets or your money back.
They reply on emails with answers which push you in an impossible loop and try to postpone your visit until you leaf the country so they don't have to pay you back.
We reported them with a group to Google, but they seem to have friends in high-places, because google just allows them to keep advertising with their scam.

J'ai réservé 2 entrées pour l'Alcazar de Seville sur le site , payé les entrées et jamais reçu les places. Ce site donne l'impression d'être un site officiel. Nous nous sommes faits complètement avoir. ARNAQUE à éviter absolument

The site realalcazarsevilla. com is ran by a supposed official tourist agency, WHILE IT’S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY USE MANY DIFFERENT SITES UNDER THE RESPECTIVE EMAIL OF info@thewalkertours. com They pay sponsors to google to appear in the first results on the search bar IT’S A TOURIST TRAP, do not pay via their site, they even require id!!! UPDATE we managed to get a REFUND, so if you felt for this scam make sure to go to their hidden bureau which isn’t indicated on the map, i think they legally need to give you a refund if i asked in person, it’s located on the fourth floor at the same building then an agency company named Pancho Tours Sevilla.

Do not use this site for booking your tickets for Alcazar visit! It is scam. They take your money before and without providing a service!

Non è il sito ufficiale. Non solo ti fanno pagare più del doppio (30€ vs 13,50€) ma per ricevere i biglietti è necessario inserire in un secondo momento ma rigorosamente entro 30 minuti dall'acquisto i dati dei propri passaporti, dettaglio che viene specificato in fondo ai termini e condizioni ma non nell'email di conferma della prenotazione.
