The staff are angels in disguise
The staff at reach pharmacy in elderslie have been fantastic on both my 2 visitations to get earwax removed and other medical supplies, specially Kelsey up front with everything from start to finish and so patient would highly recommend to anyone Thanks again to all the staff from Lesley from renfrew

Super service!
Since Reach Pharmacy has taken over from another chemist things have improved 100%
Prescriptions on my repeat order are there within 2 days and are always ready to pick up without being told they're still being processed.
Staff training has allowed pharmacy technicians to practice many and varied tests eg Checking for ear wax and treatment.
The pharmacist also is super at consulting you with advice or prescription for ailment eg antibiotic for UTI. Although they do not do dip tests, they listen to your symptoms and make a professional decision of treatment.
All of the above I have experienced in recent weeks and have made a massive difference to feeling better.
This of course takes pressure off GP practices. Getting to see a doctor is a three ring circus at times and I know many people who feel a little let down and alienated from their local doctor.
At Reach, you pop in and see a professional immediately for minor ailments and meds! Keep it up please

Totally not what i ordered i am deeply upset that you think you can just send people anything you want !!!! Well its not what i ordered i am very displeased.i ordered effervescent tablets !!!!! Not what you sent me. When your paying out money you expect what you ordered not something else.cannot swallow pills hence why i ordered effervescent tablets.
