My experience with RazorRay was terrible. My order took over two months to arrive. It was wadded up like garbage and had a skid mark on it. I sent pictures and requested a replacement. It took a month for just an email response. They wanted me to order more to get the replacement. Almost 50$ down the drain. Terrible customer service worse response time. Use at your own risk

Ordered a tshirt over a month ago and still haven't got it. No response when I try to contact them.

Kontakt kaum möglich. Verkäufer sendet eune Mail nach 2 Wochen das das bestellte Shirt in der Größe nicht mehr da ist. Ob ich eine nummer kleiner will. Antwort, nein aber ich hätte dann gern ein anderes. Ab da, keune reaktion mehr, keune Rückzahlung, null infos. Paypal eingeschaltet. Die andere noch offene Bestellung (Patch) nach 3 Wochen auch noch nicht versendet. Fazit, dem Verkäufer sind seine Kunden völlig egal. Finger weg von diesem Shop

I made an order 10 weeks ago and have not received it. Trying to contact through the website or socials gave no response at all.

Waited 6 months for my patches…. But look good, and great quality

I paid 33$ for some items, they processed my payment then gave a confirmation number. A day after payment, I get an email that the payment did not go through. Checking my bank, the payment did process, now its been 2 weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone via email. They took my money and ran.

I placed my order on 24.06.2025 and finally received the package 29.07.2025. I was expecting slow delivery times as this is clearly stated on the website. The received patches were nice but not incredible quality or anything special that would justify such a slow delivery. Be aware that communication is also very slow. On 18.07.2025 I received an email that I was refunded for one of the patches without explanation of why. I did not ask for this and inquired why I was being refunded and I was told that the item was out of stock. As of 13.08.2025, I have not received the money for the out-of-stock patch and I e-mailed them on 30.07.2025 and 11.08.2025 with no reply. Based on the quality of the received patches and the unwillingness to refund an out-of-stock item, I will not be using this website again nor do I recommend it to others.

Took over 2 months to receive my back patch order and not only is the patch blurry. It is not even an equal square it is miss shaped....
Terrible experience, just buy official patches. Save yourself losing money.

Long lead time, but this is stated on the website.
The delivery was speedy afterwards.
The back patch looks great, the quality is excellent - I am very pleased.

Vorsicht. Ware wird wenn erst Monate später versendet. Kontakt gibt es nicht weil keine Antworten auf emails.
Der Laden ist auf keinen fall zu empfehlen.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews, however, as I am this kind of person myself who is wary ordering from a site that I do not know, and who then likes to rely on Trustpilot to have a reference point on whether or not the site is reliable, I was disappointed to learn there were no reviews available on Trustpilot. I eventually managed to get some references via-via that stated the site was trustworthy, due to which I gave it a try, and upon which I believe it may be good to provide RazorRay with a Trustpilot review, for anyone facing the same situation as me.

Overall my experience with RazorRay was positive. The only minus point, which is why I provide 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is that it took very long for my order to be shipped out, and I did not feel like this was clearly communicated upfront. I placed my order on September 3rd 2024. I received a notification that my parcel was shipped on October 11nd 2024. My parcel eventually arrived on October 21st 2024. Not hearing from them for over a month had me concerned, but after asking around some, I heard from others that this long of a time before they get back with you is common and nothing to worry about, due to which I patiently waited out the period.

Within my order, one of the products I purchased was a "custom patch". It may be worth to note that the other (non-custom) products, as well as this custom patch are of good quality, and I am very satisfied with them.

While not something I personally experienced a concrete issue with, I have been told that the employees of the platform are not that well-versed in English, so communication for customer service purposes may be difficult, unless you speak Polish and can therefore address them in their native language. Nonetheless, I feel that the staff is well-willing in trying their hardest to respond to your messages in English to the best of their possibility. As such, some patience and trying to be clear and concise in what you are trying to communicate to them may be in order.

All in all, RazorRay is a reliable platform that delivers product of (to my opinion) fine quality, albeit that it may take a long time to get your product. As such, plan accordingly if you need a product prior to a certain date.
