Dillon was extremely helpful. He assisted me in finding the correct sofa and chair to meet my needs I didn’t allow enough time for me to be able to finish at my first visit. I went back the next day, even though I knew he was off. I just wanted to confirm for myself what I wanted. I was assisted by another employee who was just as helpful. I went back a third time to make my purchase. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. This was an excellent experience.

Sadly Raymour and Flanagan associates service the client until a sale has been accomplished, and that's when all services finish towards the client. I had to go to the store 5 times to obtain a recliner i bought five months prior till it finally arrived. If it hadn't been for my perseverance, I wouldn't have never received the merchandise. Lousy customer service, Lousy delivery service and crew. First and last time I buy at Raymour and Flanagan. Save yourself a major headache and dissatisfaction and shop at Boscov's where you get honest helpful services and they deliver within 2 days and not 5 months.

Customer service met all our needs. Our delivery will take place in 3 days which is great. Also arrangements were made to pick up a broken item.
They were professional, very organized and easy to work with.

Over the years have bought numerous pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flangan and this is the first time we have ever had an issue. Last spring bought outdoor furniture. Asked do we need to cover it or coat it since it will be outdoors, was told no, just bring in the cushions. After about 2 months, furniture was already fading and looking terrible. Went through the service department and was told there was nothing they could do pr would do as we did not cover the furniture or bring it indoors when not in use. Spoke with the manager and was told he could do an instore credit. Unfortunately for us we waited until this spring and now being told only the service department could give us a credit and there is nothing the store can do. Do not buy any wood product outdoor furniture from them. I feel like they have had numerous issues with this brand and do not want to stand behind it.

There was no Rush from the salesman, James Knight to make a purchase. He allowed us time to be on our own to find the right package for our basement and living room. The financing plan was ideal for us.

We recently purchased a mattress at Raymour & Flanagan and had an outstanding experience thanks to Dillon our Sales Associate. His professionalism, product knowledge, and helpful guidance made all the difference. Dillion took the time to explain various makes and models helping us choose the perfect mattress for our needs. His exemplar customer service is a ‘real asset’ to the company and I will certainly have Dillon assist us in some future furniture needs.

Found what I wanted...sales person was helpful not pushy.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service. I greatly appreciated the time taken to answer all of my questions and provide thorough feedback on the item selected.

I purchased my bedroom set a little over 2 years ago. I was very excited to have a full matching furniture set. I went with Raymour & Flanigan because of their reputation. I could not be more disappointed in the set that I purchased less than 3 years ago. All of the
"paint" on top of the dressers (2 dressers) and side tables (2 side tables) is chipping. It looks awful and makes it difficult to clean and dust the furniture. Next time I get a full set, sadly it will NEVER be from here. Sad to see companies like Raymour & Flanigan no l longer providing quality furniture.

As you remind me to be honest, helpful, and constructive in my comments, I must say that the salesperson who was with me and my daughter exceeded my expectations as far as customer service is concerned. It was a 20-minute transaction as we know exactly what we wanted. A walk in walk out, no hassles.

Mike was great. He wasn’t pushy and he asked what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we needed.

This is our 3rd purchase at this store and we always have an excellent experience with usually ask for Jeff Shuman if he is available but have had great experience with several other salesmen!
They are very knowledgeable and make suggestions based on our needs.
There delivery system is flawless and we have had several next day deliveries!
The delivery drivers are always polite and carful moving in the new furniture.
We will always check with Raymour & Flanigan first for our future furniture purchases.
