The price was changed, increased on the item. I wanted to purchase. So I didn’t buy it.

Andy was very personable and attentive to my needs. He was very supportive for me as a first time homeowner and really took into account what I wanted. We laughed a lot and had a great time finding pieces. He was so fun to work with and I definitely would want him helping me for future purchases.

John our Salesman was informative and wonderful. Truly enjoyed the buying experience

Although Raymour and Flanigan did not have the style options we were looking for; our salesman Henrik was great. Knowledgable but also gave us the space to look around a bit ourselves.

Mack was so friendly and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable shopping there. He was nice to work with. Highly recommend him.

I bought a beautiful chair online and chose to pick-up rather than pay for delivery.
Called store for information with regard to pick- up.
Was told chair was ready to be picked up, just need ID to prove identity.
Chair was boxed and my 72 year old husband and 68 year old brother in law were told they had to put chair in truck as two young able bodied men stood by claiming the COMPANY does not want to be responsible for damage. They could barely lift the box but did manage with difficulty to get the boxed chair in the pick-up truck.
What if I had gone on my own to pick up the chair?
What if the purchase was larger than a chair?
Website does not tell the customer this when you choose self pick-up, nor did the person I spoke with on the phone.
My husband told me we will not ever buy any other furniture from Raymour and Flanigan.

The salesman are very friendly and though I’m picky and take a long time to decide they were there to help to pick something out. Definitely would recommend.

I’m always impressed by the sales people at this store. Ray has helped me more than once, and he is always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and polite - never too assertive or pushy. More importantly, he gives me all the time I require to become an educated consumer. My new king size bed hasn’t been delivered yet, but I have no doubt that I will love it!!

Mr Santiago was excellent and very helpful. Amber at the desk was pleasant and Don helped work a satisfactory price.

However I, Paula Radel made the purchase and would appreciate further correspondence to reflect that. It is 2023.

Bruce Edwards was professional, courteous, and helpful. He did not pressure me to buy and was honest in stating what your store could offer and what it did not have. In the end I bought two large book cases, a sofa, and a night stand. I plan to return to buy a floor lamp. Very positive experience for me.

Our sales person was fantastic. Knowledgeable and efficient!

I liked that John was not pushy and gave us space. Yet, he was there when we needed help or questions.

Judy is wonderful! She is very helpful and polite. She is also a great conversationalist. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour.

Walking in the staff were friendly and not pushy salesman/saleswomen!! We were able to walk around and look at the things we needed then when WE were ready we got a sales associate who was very knowledgeable and got us a great sale price on a bedroom set for cyber Monday!! We have had nothing but great experiences at Raymour and Flanagan but the one in the Eastern Hills mall was by far the best!!

I felt like I was being followed the entire time. Couldn’t shop in peace. But the employee was nice. As soon as you come in the sales associates are right there…all I wanted to do was browse.

Nick was nice a man and there was no pressure to hurry up and buy.

Autumn, A pleasure to work with, she remembered us from 6 months earlier and let us just look over what we were thinking about buying before coming over to assist. She came over a few minutes later to help with questions, and then make a sale and setup payment and delivery. A very nice person to have on a sales team.
