Raymour & Flanigan - West 125th Street Omdömen 

The salesperson that handled my order was helpful, knowledgeable and respectfully to what I needs & vision was for "new smaller home space". My store experience was great and very easy. Which is important to me because I know what I want when I walk to a Raymour & Flanigan store. So, my experience is the store was great.

I was in your 125th Street store on 05/14/23. I was taken care of by your Sales representative, Fanny.
Fanny was very helpful. She asked if she could help me.
I told her what I was looking for and in no time at all she was able to help me find the perfect Bed Frame and Mattress.
Fanny is someone that I hope will be in your store for a long time to come.

Before I purchase my item I was not informed that it was out of stock I think that is something that should be expressed.

I had called the Harlem location on October 11th to confirm if a credenza I had seen on the website was at the store to see first hand. The person at the desk transferred me to Eddy, one of the sales representatives. He checked and advised me it was there. I went to the store on October 12th. Eddy was there and showed me the credenza which I purchased.
He kindly and thoroughly reviewed all of the information with me prior to the sale. Grimilda, at the customer care front desk, processed the order efficiently in addition to the need to request a COI. The delivery date was set with Grimilda and prior to leaving, Eddy gave me the Raymour & Flanigan booklet along with the sales order ticket.
It was a pleasure to shop there. I thank the staff for their knowledge and kindness.

Fabulous team, great showroom and customer service.

The in store service and salesman were great. However, delivery services did not do all they agreed to do. They were supposed to remove the old mattress-- they didn't and there were no stains on it -- and they did not put the mattress cover on the new mattress. I was told they would do both but they didn't. I have a disability so it was a hardship to put mattress cover on myself and deal with removing the old mattress.

Exceptional customer service. Salesperson was very attentive to my needs and was very detailed oriented when addressing my inquiries.

I was also given the option to finance.

We were shown sofas that fit our specifications by an agent who was knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
