Raymour & Flanigan - Warwick Omdömen 

As far as picking out a couch they were very helpful however the behind the scenes of ordering is terrible. They have been no help, no one seems to know where my order is because one store said it’s there, the other said it’s somewhere else, and the customer service line says I can go pick it up. On top of that I haven’t received an order number with my emailed receipt like I was supposed to so I’m unable to track my order. They told me it would be avalible as soon as Friday so I scheduled a store pick up for Saturday just to find out they never shipped it out and now I have to rearrange my entire scheduled because they claim it’ll be here Monday. I asked why and all they said was “it didn’t make it on the truck” so someone was either being lazy, or they don’t care. They told me trucks come in every Monday Thursday and i had placed the order with plenty of time. I know I might sound dramatic right now but the pure stupidity i just faced between three workers who all told me it was somewhere else has made me never want to order from here again especially not getting an order number al I can’t check the status myself.

Our dining room set is simply one of a kind. Quality is evident in every aspect of the table, and chairs. It is different from most dining room sets, ours has a rustic, handmade look, with a solid feel. The heaviness in both the table and chairs, lets you know the set will last. The hand rubbed finish is the crowning touch. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Mary Gagnon was great. She was helpful and provided details that helped make the decision making easier. She also demonstrated patience as I did not feel rushed even though my visit to the store lasted after business hours.

The salesman Shawn was helpful and understanding of the products when questioned for assistance. Allowed me to shop in peace until needed. Worked with me on matching my needs, space availability and budget. Would go to again. Miss the days of free delivery but...

I stopped in quickly to look at a few items I had been looking at online. I had my 3 year old with me and was not looking to purchase at that moment, just wanted to be in and out. Laura was helpful but not overbearing or hounding me for a sale. Much appreciated.

Selection and prices were attractive. Salesperson, Silva, helped us with designs so much!!
She understood our taste and helped with placement suggestions. So happy. Can't wait to get the pieces we ordered. Purchased on Monday and delivery is scheduled for Sunday. So quick.

Went in to use a credit I was given for a chair that was defective. The manager on duty was very nice. However, everything was supposed to be on sale , but conveniently the one I chose was not. And I was charged $149 for delivery and pick up of the defective chair.. which I felt was poor customer service! I didn’t want a new chair and I definitely did not want to pay another $500 to get it.
Just feel that they don’t try to accommodate their customers. I didn’t have a choice but to get another chair from them , but in the future I will not shop at Raymour & Flanagan again. My friend who was with me also agreed. Let’s just hope the new chair works out!!

Diane was very helpful in finding us the bed frame and mattress at a reasonable price. We told her it was for our camper, so we did not want to pay 💰 a lot.

I purchased a mattress that is defective. It was a floor sample (still cost me thousands) that I was assured was in perfect condition, only being sold to move from the showroom. Also told no one even ventured to that end of the showroom, it was rarely viewed or "tested". After a few MONTHS it slopes to one side to the degree that you roll down to that side. The top of it is uneven and the tufting is breaking apart on the side in question. I was told it was a final sale. I was also told it was in perfect condition. I have spent several thousand dollars for a defective mattress I can't sleep on and the only thing the company will "do for me" is charge me $125 for a technical to assess if he can fix it and charge me for the repairs. (My initial purchase included the overpriced mattress pad and protection plan) I have always done business with Cardi's and they always stand behind their products. I have never been stuck with a defective product. I have also never paid so much for a mattress. This is a Beautyrest Black that I was told was so wonderful that Tom Brady endorsed it. There is no customer service here - NONE. I will never buy another piece of furniture from this company and I highly suggest that no one else does either they do not stand behind their products.

Sean, our sales rep, was very professional during the entire sales process. He did not hound us as we walked through the showroom and only approached us as he could tell we were about to approach him with some questions regarding a sofa we were interested in.

No pressure from sales girl , just good information and understanding!

The associate we had the pleasure to work with was very knowledgeable of the product we were looking for and very informed of the products in the store we visited.
