Excellent overall experience-- would highly recommend. Made an online purchase decision within the last half hour of closing time last evening, and next day delivery was still available. Website information was accurate and helpful, and assistance was offered if needed. And then being able to track the delivery with location, number of stops, and estimated time of arrival in real time with your tracking tool made for a superb experience planning around the actual delivery. Your team arrived on time in a Raymour and Flanigan truck, and both members were friendly, courteous, and professional. All aspects of shopping, purchase, delivery, and setup were excellent!

Sean Is Amazing! 10/10
We really enjoyed our experience with Sean and their manager! We went yesterday to look for a new mattress and bedframe and met Sean at the door. He was quick to take us right where we needed to be and showed us the exact mattress we'd asked to see. They had many selections and versions and even though we'd originally gone in for the Beauty Rest Harmony Lux, after speaking with Sean about some of our current sleep issues, we were provided two other alternative options that we could try out to make sure our selection was the best one for our situation. We actually ended up with the Beauty Rest Series 1 Black selection after hearing his explanation of longevity and other features including being able to try it out ourselves in store. Not once did we feel pressured either way but it was wonderful to speak to someone so knowledgeable on the options and provide us alternatives to ensure we got the right fit for our money. We were also very impressed by their warranty system and, even though we are moving in the near future, we were told to reach out for any issues or concerns even following our departure from the area. In total, because of Sean's attention to our needs and his vast knowledge of options, we were able to find not just a mattress but two new pillows, a bedframe, two mattress protectors, and a mobile bedframe for under $6,000!! The final icing on the cake was being able to have everything delivered, set up, and our old mattress and box spring hauled off in less than a week. We are expecting our bed this upcoming Wednesday and just wanted to thank Sean and the Raymour team for taking such good care of us - we couldn't be more excited for a good nights sleep very soon!
