No salesperson came over to us to help us. We found what we liked and used the QR code to order the furniture. That was easy. To be fair it was Labor Day and the store was pretty crowded.

The delivery team was great and very efficient.

We noticed a bad smell after delivery but it went away or we got used to it.

The queen sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It's hard and you can't get comfortable while sitting on it.

The loveseat and chair aren't very comfortable either but they're not as bad as the queen sofa bed.

I would NOT recommend this furniture because it's not comfortable and had bad smell.

Mark was very nice and knew a lot about the product products

The store had an over abundance of sofas / couches on display. Alot of in stock items as well. Gabby went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent customer service

Salesman Antonio was wonderful. Very polite, patient and friendly.
Manager Mark was extremely rude and needs to go back to customer service training. He made snide remarks about my Father right in front of my Father which was absolutely unnecessary.

Walked in saw a couch salesman helped and I purchased it

First it was quick to get someone here to look at the set. The store manager did everything yo expedite this and went out of his way to help me. The only problem I had was that I was given 14 days to order and 5 of those days I was unable to make an appointment because it wasn’t in your system. I called the store 3x and no one was able to help me. I finally got an appointment and the manager actually was the only one who went above and beyond to figure it out. I am now happy
