I came in knowing what I wanted already, the salesman was excellent. I was in and out in 15 minutes and very happy!

The manager and store associate were extremely helpful. However, since the inventory in the store was limited, the furniture I picked was online only. Therefore, I was unable test the quality and comfort of the sofa and recliner.

The gentleman that helped me find the mattress I was looking for was very nice, friendly, and explained all the terms of the purchase clearly and kindly. The process was fast and easy and also the delivery happened early the very next day, as promised, and the delivery staff was also very respectful of my home, and made the delivery fast and easy. I will be coming back for future purchases.

When I first went to the Secaucus store, Jose Matos was helpful without being overwhelming. When he learned I was looking at couches to minimize the selection for my husband who would be coming another day, he continued to be helpful rather than dismissing me which happens more than people may realize.

My husband, daughter, and I went the next day and Jose wished my daughter a Happy Birthday while greeting us with a smile! I loved that Jose remembered everything we previously discussed.

We found a couch which had a sleeper sofa that my husband and I dismissed since the previous ones were not comfortable. Jose did not know a sleeper sofa was originally on the list, so we were pleasantly surprised. Jose also showed us the higher end mattress for comparison, so we knew all our options.

Since the couch was different than what we were looking for, he encouraged us to measure to confirm that was the layout we wanted. Jose was always upbeat and rolled with our change in style of couch.

We haven't received our couch yet, but so far we've been very happy with the service and the selection.

I went to the showroom in Secaucus NJ and the associate Maria Ramirez was incredibly helpful. I was limited on how much space I have and she was able to show me all the options I had available and what I can choose online. I made my decision based upon her recommendation. I'm happy with my selection I can't wait to enjoy my new couch. I would highly recommend to anyone buy from Raymour and Flanigan.

Lent is the best! Asked me questions as to what I needed, my style. Spent hours walking me through the store describing each piece at the same time not pushy. I honestly felt like I was shopping with a friend and not dealing with a sales person. Bought my living room set, dining set, and bedroom!
