Raymour & Flanigan - Reading Omdömen 

Went to leesport store first, but they dii oh don’t have the matching love seat to our furniture at this location, but was told they will have it at wyomissing store. So we went over to wyomissing, and was told loveseats are not avail because they take up to much room. Sooo, we bought it anyhow with the guidance of jeffrey shuman assuring us the details of the loveseat, and showing us pics of it. He was an excellent, professional salesman. Very nice. The checkout clerk was also very friendly and professional. Today our old furniture was removed, and I paid off the balance and set up delivery day for next Tuesday. I’m sure we will love the new love seat, because we love the matching sofa. Thank you.

We purchased a recliner several yrs ago that was, long story short, defective. The warranty people , after three visits to our home, decided we should get another chair. As always, Raymour and Flanigan was professional and courteous. We even made a new purchase.

She was very helpful when I needed her assistance and I appreciate that she was not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable of product and very helpful with financing.

Came in to get a certain time of chair for my mother who lives in a facility. Very helpful and we were in and out in an half and hour. Success

I ordered a TV console and waited 3 weeks for it to come in. It did and they called me to schedule delivery on 3/15. The next day they called me and told me that the console was broken and couldn't be delivered. If I wanted a replacement, I'd have to talk to customer service and wait 3-4 weeks! There were no solutions offered, not even the number to customer service. I ended up chatting with a customer service rep on the website. He didn't offer any solutions. I asked if I could get it sooner in a different color. It ended up being in black. The website with my proper zip code said it could be delivered on 3/18. He told me it couldn't be until 3/23. At my persistence, he ended up emaling the delivery people and said "fingers crossed" that they'd respond. I also had to ask for any kind of refund for delivery since they were the ones who broke it. The next day, I got an email saying the replacement console was coming on 3/18 and half off of delivery. I got it and I had to order a Minwax cover stick for the two blemishes on the door. Luckily, it is a nice piece of furniture, but I don't know if I want to wait weeks for an item next time only to have it end up settling for something else with small gouges on it.

We went in looking for livingroom furniture and we bought it on the spot. The people working there were very kind & helpful! They helped us make a great decision with a great price!! We can't wait till it arrives!

I had a very nice experience when I purchased my counter height stools last week. Jeffrey from the Wyomissing area store was extremely helpful and a down to earth person.

We ordered a couch and special order chair in mid-October. The couch came in a timely manner, but the chair didn't arrive for over a month, and it was the wrong chair. The deliverers couldn't take the chair back for they were subcontracted to make the delivery. We contacted R&F about the error and it's been almost a month since first contact and we still have the incorrect chair in our living room and no set date for delivery of our original purchase.
