As loyal and regular Raymour & Flanigan customer, we once again had the pleasure of working with Wendy, and as always, our experience was excellent. Wendy takes the time to truly listen and understand what we are looking for. She is never pushy, but is always professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

We especially appreciated the time she spent guiding us through the different choices and helping us select the furniture that best suited our needs and preferences. Her patience and product knowledge made the entire buying experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Wendy is an excellent representative of Raymour & Flanigan, and we truly appreciate the consistent level of service she provides.

The salesman was very helpful and personable. I found just the leather recliner that I liked and he was thorough answering my questions. I was not expecting to purchase the queen box spring that he showed me but it was certainly far better than my 20+ year old one that I have now! I was pleased with all his help! Thank you!

We purchased our reclining living room set plus an accent chair along with the platinum warranty at Raymour and Flanagan. Just as the warranty was about to expire the one switch for the sofa died. After waiting the expected 10weeks for the part we were told that there was no timeline from the manufacturer for the arrival of the switch. Diana was a gem! In fact the one statement she made to me restored the faith in Raymour! She said to my frustration; “I get it! I’m a consumer and would be frustrated too! This is what we are going to do and offered to replace the sofa. Fortunately they still have the same style and color they are also in stock! They will be delivered next week. Diana has restored by confidence in buying from Raymour and Flanagan!

Mgr dale and associate graham helpful in locating my misplaced key fob and wallet. After deciding on a mattress from the ones Graham showed me, I thought I mistakenly left above items at home and was with out means to buy anything. Dale was considerate in offering a ride the 2 miles back home. where I was at least able to grab a spare fob, as the missing items were not immediately located. On the way back to store it occurred to me the items may be in the store on a mattress I tested, Graham found both items on a mattress, enabling the purchase to be made.

Wendy, the sales woman was very helpful we realized speaking with the manager that my husband was a veteran and so she gave me a discount on the furniture because of that or because I had a 15% off coupon. I’m not sure which one but it’s still saved us a couple hundred dollars.

The sales Associate (Evie) is a gal who helped us pick out furniture a couple years ago...we were happy she is still at R & F. She was very knowledgeable about the wide variety of matresses in the store! Helped us pick out our new beds! Thanks

The customer service was great - I was not overwhelmed by salesperson - he was very considerate and helpful with answering questions I had.

Had an excellent shopping experience at the Raymour & Flanigan in Quakertown, PA thanks to Furnishing Consultant, John Fallon. John was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have been trying to get I. Touch with the Quakertown PA service department to reschedule a service. No one ever pics up the phone or calls me back when I leave a message. This had been going on for 2 months ! Can someone contact me directly discuss this issue and so that I can reschedule my service appointment? Thank you. Sylvia Lee

Raymore Store in Quakertown is great never had any issues.The Montgomeryville stor is the problem.I spoke to Eric about my Kenton set.It Appers from looking at it after delivery that their are spots missing where it was not painted. I was told this is a distressed look but set in showroom didn't have this.I contacted Stacy Majors store manager who offered a partial refund and credit for delivery.When I contacted Diane at q town store I was told that it's a in store credit.I called the account depot said their was a credit but never saw it.I filed a dispute with capital one as Stacy Majors said she could not credit my card without dispute being removed.Well I did that and never received a credit.They are dishonest slobs who lie to make and keep a sale.Trust me I would not deal with their nonsense again and even Capital One told me not to drop the dispute as they are deceptive.
