Vandals and Insults
First, two guys attempted to vandalize my vehicle in the parking lot. I saw them approach my SUV and alerted the store. The R&F staff knew and did nothing as I went to confront them alone. I did not sign for the purchase at the store because the receipt did not show the monthly rate. The guy behind the desk further insulted me by pulling out a calculator and saying "I can show you how to figure it out" with a smirk on his face. The salesman was unenthusiastic.

Store manager “Angie” was the best and very friendly and professional …
I went in with a set amount of money that I new I could afford and it wasn’t much but Angie, the store manager helped me out and got me exactly what I wanted, when I left I was so happy with what I bought. They didn’t pressure me in to finance or something I didn’t want, I’m waiting to get my delivery and I will post a follow up

I just got my Bill in the mail and owed less than 500 on my last bill now they added interest for one month totaling over 750 ,just in interest,new payment 1128.81, BEWARE do not buy from this company . TERRIBLE MATTRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE
I just had the worst possible experience at the Orchard Park location of Raymour and Flanigan and specifically their store manager augustine beyer. We purchased a King Koil Smart Life Mattress and adjustable bed frame for nearly $7k that has been nothing but a headache. Our salesperson did a fine job, but the bed was giving us trouble from the start. The app that works the smart bed did not work at all. The relax mode would either not turn on or not turn off. The bed alarm would go off randomly and the bed would lock up in the firmest setting that was the most uncomfortable sleep you could imagine. I reached out to my salesperson who said they would have their service team reach out to repair the bed. I stated I wanted to return the bed. We scheduled an appointment with Raymour and Flanigan which cancelled because they said they could not service the bed, and we needed to contact the manufacturer directly. Keep in mind, we paid extra for their "Platinum Protection Plan" and we were supposed to get next day delivery which took almost a week to arrive. After we made repeated contact with King Koil they did approve a replacement of the defective bed. They delivered the new bed, and after set up, the replacement bed also did not operate as it should. It would not connect with smart phones, we were unable to adjust the bed from the absolute firmest possible setting and the bed made terrible noises throughout the night. We were told we had to wait past 30 days to exchange the bed. We wanted to return the second defective bed and get our money back. Keep in mind, we live approx. 30 miles from the store. We had to wait until day 31 to return the bed. We went to the store today and asked to speak to a manager that is when we got to meet the store manager who did not even want to hear about our issue. We asked for a refund and was told "that's not going to happen". He rudely stated that we could either do an exchange for a equal or more expensive mattress or have the bed serviced. I replied obviously you can not service the bed and our chances of getting a bed in working order does not seem likely. We asked if we could just get everything handled today on an exchange. We were told "no" that he had no time to meet with us today it was a "hot floor" code for busy showroom. We would need to drive back tomorrow (another 60 mile round trip) for our scheduled appointment. Keep in mind there were 6 salespeople standing around at that time, not with customers. We walked around showroom where the manager passed by multiple times without a word or asking if we needed any assistance. We left there highly dissatisfied and disgusted with the money we spent on a low quality mattress. We were treated with disrespect and would never go back to that location. I am sure there are decent people that work there, but the worst experience in a retail store that I can remember. I plan on contacting their district manager to share my experience.

Online purchase made easy
Online purchase was easy and I was able to find mattress options that were within my price range with helpful filters to narrow my selection. I was able to find a universal base that was adjustable as well as a simple frame. Delivery was on time, even two days after a historic S Buffalo snowstorm! Backed right into my driveway with no problems. Terrific job guys, thanks!
