We went into Raymour & Flanigan to look at floor lamps. The store representative was very helpful. He told us about the lamps available there and then walked around the store with us to look at the available lamps. We found the one we wanted. He told us a new one is better than a floor model one because it is NEW. We appreciate his honesty with us throughout the whole transaction. We are well pleased with our shopping experience at Raymour & Flanigan.

Excellent..very welcoming ....great selection. We traveled to the Jay Scutti BLVD Rochester store because of the bigger selection options that you can experience in person.Rajeem Holliday was very accommodating and understands what real customer service is all about. Alrready refered to a couple of our relatives looking for furniture.
Left there finding exactly what we wanted at a great sale price.
