Very good service. Very helpful

Ordered a split queen mattress without trying it out in the store first. Just sitting on it, could tell it was uncomfortable (especially on the edges) but hoped that it would be okay overnight. Woke up with numb arms because of how hard the edges were. Used my own mattress protector, but according to R&F, because I didn't order the protector from them, they can't accept the return. So now I have a $1000+ mattress that is impossible to sleep comfortably on that I need to sell on Craigslist. The unhelpful customer service person suggested I would *get used to it* which is insulting--why would I want to get used to an uncomfortable mattress that doesn't even feel good to lay down on? Huge waste of money and unsatisfactory customer service. This is my second order from R&F and is my very last.

Hussein was an experienced and delightful sales associate. He was patient with me and walked through the entire showroom showing me the various bedroom sets I was interested in. The dresser I added to the 4 piece set showed sold out on the website but he was able to locate it. I would absolutely refer everyone I know to Hussein as well as the Carle Place store. Excellent experience!!!!

They delivered a mattress to my 78 year old mother and didnt remove old mattress nor unwrapped the new mattress and place it on the box spring.

Terrible terrible drivers with no clue. If it was there mother they wouldnt bave done what they did

I walked into the showroom one day not sure which sofa i should buy & i was assisted by Sharon Praylow. she was informative on all the sofas on the floor, she was very patient when i was indecisive about which sofa i should get after spending at lease 45 mins with me. I told her i will be back with my family, about a week later i did go back & Sharon was there she was friendly & kind to all of us & with her help we were able to make a decision on which sofa to purchase. Sharon also helped my daughter find a mattress that is suitable for her since she is a dancer, which she intends on purchasing in a few months. I normally hate shopping for furniture but this time it was a pleasure thanks to Ms. Sharon Praylow. Thanks You for your help.

Personnel at Raymour & Flanigan were attentive, knowledgeable, and very efficient in working with me. This is my second instance of buying a recliner at Raymour & Flanigan. If there's yet another need for me to purchase recliners or any other furniture, I'll return for a third visit.

Jasmine is a great salesperson. She was extremely patient and took time to show my mother the furniture she really needed. I will definitely ask for when we shop again at Raymour and Flanagan in the Yonkers area.

Sharon Praylow, our sales rep, was a tremendous assistance. No hard sell pushing, very accommodating to my son's wishes, knew her product line and did not waste a minute of our time. She totally got us and followed our lead, giving great direction.
