I went there looking for a love seat that folded out into a bed.
When we entered the store there was Rajeem Holliday asking if I needed help. Very professional, no pressure at all.
Anyways, I bought a huge chair instead, go figure.
I would definitely refer people to them.

They had what I was looking for in my price range and the salesman, Joe was very patient and helpful, getting us out of there quickly and efficiently. The delivery was very smooth as well. The delivery drivers were great!

Everyone was hustling to get the orders out however I did not feel rushed and everyone was super friendly.

All went well with ordering, and the tables arrived quickly. We inspected them in the warehouse and thought (and said) that the wood tone looked very orange, but we'd take it home so we could see it in natural light. It WAS way too orange, so I called to do a return. Customer Service person #1 said "too bad, so sad, you take it home, you can't return it.". They also said that their return policy was clearly stated on the order form. Didn't see it, it's NOT on the pickup email, and the warehouse guy said nothing even though we clearly stated that we thought the color would be wrong, but would take it home to check. When I balked, I got transferred to Customer Service Rep #2, who basically reiterated what #1 said. Told me to call Customer Service Rep #3 in Syracuse. They said that things can get damaged, can't return them. I pushed back, said one table never got taken out of the box, the other was literally out for 5 min, then was repackaged. She told me they only take returns for 1 or 2 days after you take something home - it had been 2 days. She finally said I could return the tables with a 15% restocking charge. So I *guess* that's an okay outcome R&F needs to CLEARLY state return policies and make sure customers are aware. Definitely needs to be on the pickup email.

Using online ordering was simple and greatly appreciated

Went in knowing what I wanted. Sales associate showed me exactly what I was looking for and I was out of the store in a jiffy. Exactly what I wanted.

Sales rep was available, but left me alone to look as I requested.

Salespeople helpful, patient, professional.

Choosing a mattress is tricky. I spent much time, over several different days, trying out mattresses and talking to different sales people. Everyone I dealt with at Raymour and Flanigan was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.
