Mattress purchase
When visiting your store, we were met with a salesperson who showed us mattresses and spoke highly of the purple mattress. We decided to purchase after the recommendation and her assurance that with the purchase of a $150 mattress cover, we could return if it didn’t work out. We knew after two nights that the purple mattress was not going to meet our needs. Upon returning to the store, the reaction of the salesperson was “it looks like our Friday isn’t going to start out good.” After this comment, she said she couldn’t help us and referred us to the manager. Although he allowed us to exchange the mattress for a tempurpedic, which was an additional $1,500. His demeanor was very disturbing. Neither the salesperson or the manager stayed with us till the transaction was complete and never wished us well. I would not encourage anyone to spend their money for furniture at the Harrisburg store. To make matters worse, we received a text message at noon time, the day before pickup of the old mattress and delivery of the new, stating we would receive a follow-up text of the time for the following day. As of 8 am on the stated day of delivery, no further communication was received. I visited the Chat on the website and was told my delivery was between 8:15 and 11:30 a.m. This is a terrible way to do business. The only positive was the delivery people were gracious and quick.

Knowledgeable without high pressure
David helped us shop for a loveseat. He was knowledgeable and was not high pressure. We left the store to think about our options and called the store a few days later to place the order.

Very nice store
We had a very good experience at the store. It started when we were greeted the minute we walked in.
Mr Butler had greeted us and showed us how to get to the elevator to get to the mattresses. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and pleasant. It was nice that the store manager, Dave, talked with me before we left. No problems whatsoever.

Dining Room chair legs broke after 1 month
I purchased $7k worth of furniture a month ago. Three of the dining room chairs legs are broken already. I purchased the Platinum Protection Plan and they said they could come out in 2 weeks to repair. Since it’s brand new I want it replaced. The furniture is beautiful and it’s our first time purchasing it, so it’s disappointing. The salesman sold us on White glove delivery, stating that they will move the furniture to put the rug down, but the delivery team said they won’t do it. Not sure I will purchase from there again.
