The sales woman Beverly at the east…
The sales woman Beverly at the east Hanover outlet listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time. She was knowledge and friendly. When I called her a week later to buy the sectional she made the transaction process easy and quick. I have only had positive purchase experiences at this East Hanover store.

A happy customer
Bryant Waters is a gem, very professional, patience, kind and he is a good learning. My experience was easy with no problems. My mattress was deliverd as promised. What I do like is the changes to the delivery process now you can track your delivery. The delivery team was pleasant and professional.

Great Experience
Both Nasim, and the Store Manager, Douglas, were so patient and helpful. Nasim was moving furniture around the showroom to ensure that I was ordering exactly what I wanted. He spent an hour with me measuring and finding the pieces I wanted. Douglas made things happen behind the scenes to make sure I was able to order additional furniture and that it would match what they had in the showroom. It was an excellent experience and I am so happy with what I purchased.
