We purchased a sofa and recliner from the Wilmington DE location. We saw it online and wanted to see it in person. The salesman, Neil N., was very knowledgeable of these specific set. With the additional information it made our decision easy to purchase this furniture. We received an email that night that we could get delivery that week. We were so very happy to hear this, as many people told me we would have to wait months due to the COVID. The gentleman that delivered were efficient and friendly.

I had a great sales rep who I did not believe haggled me as some sales people do, but took the time to explain and left me to make an informed decision in this purchase.

The Manager of the Cherry Hill store saved the day for me. The chair promised
for delivery was damaged at a warehouse and I told him about my wife's predicament. She was being releases from a month and a half in hospital and
needed a lift chair do to her bad case of edema. He knew it was an emergency for me and went out of his way to get me another chair and had it delivered on Sunday, one day before my wife came home.

Ordered a mattress on Monday night and it arrived on Tuesday at 11am. Incredible and just in time for a holiday weekend. Thank you, R&F! Y'all rock!

Everything from my salesman Troy to the delivery guys was excellent. I love my furniture it looks great in my bedroom. It is very well made and exactly what I was looking for in a bedroom set.
