Everyone made you feel very welcomed. John took great care of us as well as the folks upstairs. We kept going back and forth between the two floors.

So glad we decided to give R&F a visit. Exhausted from a couple other local furniture stores, we went in just to look and compare but the experience was amazing. Greeted kindly, asked what we were looking for but also some more details on the style and what we wanted out of it and what we didn't want. Were pointed in the direction of sectionals that met our criteria and informed the second floor had a few other styles that were close but had options we said we didn't need. We ended up falling in love with a couch upstairs that hit every single must and most of our wants. Color was not what was wanted but it was an option, we just didn't want to wait that long. That said we still liked the color.

Throughout our visit, Taichi helped us. The vibes were there. He listened, guided us and was not pushy. It felt like he was there to help us and not just get a big sale. At other stores we visited, we were always quoted for the all in price with all the extras immediately added, "the price after this this this this and that is". Every couch was suddenly like $1000 more than what the tag said. Taichi did not do that. He gave us the price and then provided the options if we wanted them. It was just such a night and day experience of being almost forced to choose something we didn't want at a price we didn't like to suddenly being asked what we wanted, shown options we liked and then given transparent pricing. This was our first time visiting a Raymour & Flanigan but it will be the first and probably only stop for all future furniture.

A lot of product and very friendly staff

Sales staff were fabulous! No pressure at all. Super helpful in working with us to choose a mattress that worked for both of us. Also purchased a sofa. They worked with us to get what we wanted, and although there was a miscommunication about which side our chaise went on, they easily remedied the situation. Every single staff person, from sales to delivery was outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

We went to the store and it was very pleasant. The salesman didn’t pressure us and he was very helpful and answered all our questions. We will be coming back soon for the purchase of more furniture. Thank you!

David was a big help and great to work with

Kevin was awesome with my 86-year old mother and I. He talked directly to my mom, showed her things she might be interested in, and checked in on us the perfect number of times—not feeling high-pressure, but still feeling connected. His attitude exuded a feeling of product quality that didn’t have to be oversold, and an interest in taking care of customers as though they were friends or neighbors. We ended up purchasing sofas and when we next come back to Raymour and Flanigan, we will definitely ask for Kevin.

Our salesperson was extremely nice and worked with us.

Emily gave us just the right amount of attention, but also allowed us to wander and browse.

The salesman was very informative and showed us what we were looking at and explained everythi g in detail.

They showroom was awesome, new location made a huge difference. Our sale rep wasn't the most attentive but made up it for it the following day and the management team took care of us. Made sure we were happy with our choices. Actually have a great selection to browse.

Dave Wiseman is a great salesman - lets us roam the store and provides support when needed. Is very knowledgeable about furniture and provides good insight.
