Erik greeted me & my Sister at the door. Explained I was looking for a bed & he walked us to the ground floor. Asked what type/style bed I needed. Offered pillows & a mattress cover. Directed us to the Check out counter. The young lady was also nice & check out was quick & easy.

Mr.Erik Lauser was very nice and professional and friendly he gave my husband and I a tour around the store and explained the differences between each bed. He also answered our questions about the difference and quality of each mattress and he was so helpful in explaining what we were looking for.
