Emma the floor manager , did a wonderful job walking us through the reselect process. She even checked other stores for the first product we liked , but we ultimately went with a set that was available at her store. Her customer service was outstanding, please hire more like her or train more staff under her .

The process was fantastic, met with the very knowledgeable Bruce Cooperman, reviewed the dimensions and features of the sectional set, completed the order, he escorted me to the extremely efficient customer service team, paid for the order and was on my way within 15 minutes. Extremely pleasant experience.
