The new couch for a new year.
We saw the Celine couch advertised on an MSN ad and after getting all the great information about it I called the Avon Ct office and spoke with Kelly who was friendly, informative and overall so helpful checking their stock and when we arrived to see it after driving 50 miles we were sold. The showroom was comfortable, arranged beautifully and Kelly was so helpful.

I was interested in a particular desk…
I was interested in a particular desk which isn't on display. I wanted to be sure that the color would work with the rest of my furniture. I came in on 12/24. Steve knew exactly who to contact to request a color sample from the manufacturer. I received the sample on 12/29, and placed my order on 12/30. Service was certainly above my expectations!

.They were supposed to bring 2 box springs and brought a frame that didnt fit. They refused to deliver the correct item so I can sleep on a bed tonight. The manager couldnt even guarantee me an early morning delivery. Also the delivery people left a mess . Popcorn ceiling and stryfoam pieces all over .not even sure what they are from. Just becareful when you order something. Make sure you have specifics from there. Very unhappy they were not willing to make it right today. Bad customer service.

Don made it such a great experience
Don made it such a great experience. He immediately connected to the needs and constraints of my space, as well as my preferences, and he was excellent at thinking outside the box. I had begin an online purchase but had some questions, and not only did he answer those, he also was able to show me examples of the fabric's stress tolerance in similar items, as well as the dimensions and pros/cons of configuration options for a couch set. He found about 5 different value adds for me that truly made my purchase the best possible fit for my needs- amazing!! He is also very pleasant and I never felt pushed or pressured- just well supported! He is very knowledgeable and efficient - and even moved one item near another for me to ensure they were compatible. He also figured out how to best optimize my delivery date, and clarified so many things that matter a great deal- I would highly recommend Don and Raymour & Flanigan to any friends and family - Thank you!

We had a negative experience at the Avon location and that experience was made worse when the store manager got involved.
