Excellent Service
Another excellent example of customer service from the team and Kay at Rawmadesimple, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my order. I have been purchasing raw food for my two dogs from them for the past 7.5 years. The quality of the food has not changed in all the years, and the service the team deliver is A1, I would highly recommend it if your pets want high-quality pet food with great service.

Just the best !!
Fabulous food. Our dogs often had digestive issues. Since changing to Raw made Simple, which by the way I discovered by accident. All is well. A customer for at least 6 years & very happy. The owner of the business is second to none & will put you & you dog first. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Great food and customer service
I have used Raw Made Simple for a couple of years now, and must admit they are a quality dog food company, which I fully recommend.
I had occasion to speak to a member of this company, and they went out of their way to help with mine and my dog’s predicament, and his food was delivered the very next day, on a Saturday, at no extra cost to me.

Really pleased i found this company
Really pleased i found this company, after my dogs being picky with other brands and it going in the bin i have to say that my dogs have been on this for around 10 weeks and they go crazy for it, dishes are licked clean and you can tell that you are feeding them quality stuff.
Plenty of different flavours and proteins to choose from, my dogs get a full balanced diet and love each and every one lf them.
Customer service is fantastic, really knowledgeable and cant help you enough, very pleased with everything, thank you.

Rabbit Supreme is perfect for my staffy as he suffers with skin allergies and he loves it.
The customer service (Kay ❤️❤️❤️) is more than exceptional. Nothing is too muc trouble and they stay in touch if there is any delays. I would definitely recommend Raw Made Simple to anyone. Brilliant company xx

Just the best raw food and service all…
Just the best raw food and service all round!!! I have tried pretty much every other raw and cooked fresh food delivery service as well as tinned and kibble and this is the one that my dog loves the most and there is so much variety in the options and she wolfs down loads of them. My dog is super fussy but once we get her to her bowl this rarely goes uneaten whereas before with other brands I was always throwing food away. Her favourites of this brand are anything with beef, lamb and duck and offal/tripe just delight her! We mix up between the complete meals ( she’s not super keen on veg but these contain her favourite veg and not too much and NO GRAIN or pulses which don’t agree with her) and the Wild 80:20 which are her faves as they don’t contain veg but to which we add a bit of pumpkin and probiotic powder or raw food supplement as she might need a bit of fibre to help keep her regular! Prices are excellent, delivery excellent, communications excellent and they help with any probs, food always still frozen and delivery packaging is as eco as possible. No polystyrene which I HATE! If there was anything to improve it would be reducing plastic of the food boxes themselves but I recycle these anyway. My search for the perfect food is over at last and my dog and pocket are very happy! Thank goodness for this company!

Delivery was quick and efficient, with regular updates to notify me of the arrival time. The packaging was good, and the food arrived still frozen. The food itself is excellent quality, and most importantly my dog loves it!

Great quality.
My dog loves Raw made Simple used this brand for about 18mths. Delivery is really easy as you can pick the day and a time slot is given on the day of delivery.
I have recommended to friends and their dogs enjoy the food.
