I am a new business selling handmade oils and was looking for a reliable supplier, I came across Rapid Labs, at first the low prices made me question if perhaps the Customer Service would be a problem, but I was wrong, not only does Rapid Labs have some of the most competitively priced products, their customer service is second to none. I spoke to a kind gentleman named Terry who walked me through my options and helped me place an order, within a few hours y order was complete and I received it a few days later. Hi Julia, thank you for your feedback. To keep our prices competitive whilst still offering rapid delivery, our atomiser caps fit all sized dropper bottles from 5ml-100ml. We state on the product pages that the suction tube can be cut down to fit the size of the bottle.

Disapointing
3 stars simply because of the postage and dispatch. £8.odd for postage. Ridiculously expensive for 1 small tub of test strips! Ordered 22nd never dispatched till 26th delivered 28th.
Test strips are fine tho, but do need a bigger blood sample than other canine BG meters, which has resulted in a lot of wasted strips.
(Had ordered the meter on ebay which came within 3 days from same seller)
