Awesome Supplier!
It took me ages to find the right supplier for our products but once I'd found Rapid Labs I could take a big sigh of relief! Their 100ml atomiser bottles in matt black are perfect - lovely shaped bottle to give the stylish look we were after.. They arrived really quickly after ordering and didn't have any breakages. Best of all the price was very reasonable! :)

Shambolic delivery service via DHL
Shambolic delivery service via DHL - after waiting 6 days for delivery parcel of glass bottles arrived shattered and unusable. Second parcel took 4 days to arrive. Resulting in my customer having to wait an unduly long time for their order. Hugely disappointing and if it was me I would have rushed replacement order to help a customer. Clearly customer care comes second!

Rapid labs are top tier. No fuss, just straight to the point. I have always had my orders shipped same day and arrived to the north of Ireland in a prompt and timely manner. I have had no issues with any parcels landing nor any breakages. I highly recommend them. Their pricing scale and customer service is also second to none. 10/10 all day long.
