⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Ty at Randall’s Grocery Store (5219 FM 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77069)

I was a first‑time shopper using the Drive‑Up and Go Delivery service, and Ty made the experience absolutely wonderful! She was warm, patient, and very professional. Ty took her time explaining the entire process step by step and showed me how to access everything on the app without any frustration or attitude—just genuine helpfulness. Thank you so much, Ty, for making my first experience so easy and pleasant. Randall’s is lucky to have someone like you representing them!

12850 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77024 Randall's has friendly employees and great service. It is clean and fun to shop there. The parking lot is well cared for and the managers, especially Mr. First and George, are friendly and accommodating. Also, they have super product availability and a great meat department team. The Starbucks baristas remember exactly what I like. There are only a couple of items that I get elsewhere based upon a better price or unique exclusive health products available. Even better Randall's hours are so convenient as I am an early bird. Phaedra, Evy and the others are very nice. Albert knocks himself out for his customers. There are a couple of non-responsive cashiers, but most of them are very kind and helpful.

This was my favorite store.I used them for delivery and had an account with them for free delivery.I have been shopping there most of my life.I had a problem with a couple of orders.one was canceled and they delivered it to the address even though I was not there and one said it was delivered by doordash and I never got it.The store manager at the store shut down my account and refunded my delivery service fee for the year .She closed my in store account as well and said it was for too many refunds.I don't understand why they would close my account over too many refunds when they could have just denied me the refund and let me decide if I wanted to shop with them.Seems like a nazi technique. I shopped at multiple Randalls locations So I am refused at all locations from this one store manager.That is only one store that had problem with me.A few years ago I had alot of money and I got refunds and they never gave me any kind of hassle.Now I have fallen onto hard times and am using ebt and was using same Randall's account and they say I am getting too many refunds.I contacted corperate said they'd get back to me in 48 hours.Never got back to me.I was shopping Randall's before they were likely born.

I love shopping with them. The stores are always so clean and the people that work there are very nice

This is a great store.They have great customer service here, and also a fine selection of products.I am in houston tx where there are several of these stores.I frequent 3 of them and they are all awesome truly a luxury experience without the high price. Coupons and sales keep the cost down and freshpass will bring you your groceries anytime with a low subscription fee. hope kroger respects their reputation when they take over
