Great service

Good service from airport to hotel, but not great from hotel to airport. Didn't help with loading luggage in car and then got dropped off to the wrong terminal! Had to arrange for another taxi to take us to the correct terminal. As for punctuality, they were prompt.

I have been using raintransferi for years , and I am very happy.
They always keep the service quality at the highest level.
A super company I would recommend to everyone.

I decided to book an airport shuttle from Oludeniz to Dalaman with this company. The standard shuttle was quoted at taking 1 hour 30 minutes so I decided to book the speedy shuttle which has less stops than the standard shuttle. Frustratingly you have to phone them the day before your transfer to confirm your flight times which pretty much cost me half the price of the transfer itself. I got through and asked them what time my pick up would be and they said it would be 4:10 pm to which I said there must be a mistake my flight isn’t until 11:45 pm to which they said - “no you are the first pick up and we have to pick up other people so you need to be ready for 4:10 pm” so I asked how long the transfer would take and they said “4.5 hours” to which I said “stick it where the sun don’t shine” and I paid for a taxi.
Luckily I am only 8 euros out of pocket, but for a family this could’ve been much more costly or just plain painful sat on that bus.

Vi har netop være i Side Tyrkiet og her bookede jeg transport igennem dette firma, jeg har intet at klage over det virkede perfekt. De var klar i lufthavnen, da vi ankom en time forsinket og de kom og afhentede os til aftalt tid, da vi skulle retur til lufthavnen.

When I booked the transfer on 14th April for 18.48 Euros (REF RT38454) the website told me that the payment had failed, so I re-entered the same booking (REF RT38455). A lady called me immediately because both bookings and payments had actually worked. She offered me a transfer later in the year but as I had not planned to return I asked for 1 of the payments to be refunded. It is now June and I am still waiting for the refund. I have emailed a few times, phoned a few times, responded to their requests for reviews, I even got the Turkish hotel receptionist to discuss it with them while I was there. Each time they have said they would sort out the refund and I am still waiting to be contacted. On top of this poor service, when I arrived in Turkey on 3th April there was no driver with my name on a card waiting for me as advised. I had to call the company after 30 mins to find out where the driver was. Eventually another transfer company member at the airport found him for me.
On my return the pick up time was confirmed as 09:50 TRT. Nobody arrived. I waited for 40 minutes at the agreed place but had to call the company again to find out where the driver was. He had been waiting at a completely different location.
Poor service overall and still no refund. The Sales Director at Raintransfers responded to my TripAdvisor review stating that the bookings were in different names and that I used them both. This is a complete lie and I can show their booking confirmations to anybody who wants to see them.

They just didn't turn up. I confirmed we departed on one day arrived on the next after midnight,they don't get it!!!!Second company to do this. I phoned the office and put it in special requirements but my 71 yr old husband left in the night with no transfer. They did provide a taxi after my husband blew a gasket.

Great service offered by Raintransfers.com due to a mistake on booking.com with the address of my villa I booked the wrong location. Rain Transfers were able to get me to the right place and then arrange to pick me up there when going back home all at no extra cost. The communication was excellent and they called me back when promised. I have advised friends and family about the great service.

If you are travelling to Turkey and need a transfer give these guys ago. £11 for a return transfer when others were quoting £30.
