Good website, excellent value, and friendly staff when contacted by phone. But they didn't tell me that the items were out of stock and would be late arriving.

Good products and friendly, helpful service
We ordered the black coated galvanized steel guttering and other components. It's a good, robust product and much better than PVC, both environmentally and in terms of appearance and robustness. Service was friendly and one problem with a damaged downpipe was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. The system is quite technical so if in you're doubt about what you need to order, I'd recommend giving them a call.
