Kirsty was literally the best person to give us the most incredible and efficient way to see Lake Moraine and Lake Louise within a few hours. With a wide range of knowledge, she made our experience everything and more and we are so grateful to have met her.

We did Radventures’ Yoho & Kootenay Hidden Gems day: Marble Canyon, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, and Takakkaw Falls. Beautiful places, but Ellie made the whole day. Small group, she walked every trail with us, sat down and had lunch with us, and actually paid attention to what we wanted to see.
When we hoped to spot an elk, she didn’t just shrug and stick to the schedule. She took a detour and made it happen. That kind of guide is rare.
Knowledgeable, warm, funny, and clearly loves these parks. Never rushed, never on autopilot. Comfortable van, relaxed pace, no big-bus chaos.
If you book this tour, hope you get Ellie. She turned a great itinerary into one of the best days of our trip.

Amazing sunrise tour over Lake Moraine and visit to Lake Louise. Tour guide Gabi was fun, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Hot drinks and blankets were provided at Lake Moraine and then an enjoyable breakfast at Lake Louise.

Would recommend this tour to anyone who would like to have the most memorable experience with a brilliant guide!

Great day trip from Banff to Lakes Morraine and Louise with scenic pull outs. Our guide Gini was very educational about the area and also knew all the spots to find wildlife. We were lucky enough to see a black bear and a tagged grizzly named Split Lip along the highway, and saw some horned sheeps.

Georgia was an excellent tour guide. She provided lots of interesting information and she answered all our questions. She had the inside scoop on the sights we both saw and experienced on the Hidden Gems tour. She made the day very enjoyable. She even noticed a grizzly bear eating berries by the side of the road. What a pleasant surprise!

Trip well organised. Guide - Gareth - was informative and approachable. He was brilliant on way home; he spotted a Grizzley Bear and 5 Black Bears in the fading light! Unforgettable evening!

It’s telling when our whole evening meal consisted of conversation about Liam and our day out with him. He had epic knowledge and stories all day - my favourites were about the wildlife. I do still have one question though…if The Boss has fathered ~65% of the bears in Banff NP how does that affect the offspring and their breeding instincts???

The guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He told us about the surroundings and animals we spotted, giving some background stories. We saw quite a few animals, and we were taken to several beauty spots. We really enjoyed the tour.
