Had a full Radiwarm system installed in freezing cold home of 88 year old.
Chris who oversaw design and supply was kindness and helpfulness embodied and went out of his way to support the purchase and installation. Checked several times after system in place to make sure all was well.
Excellent service and a quality product the house is now warm and comfortable.

Great service, one of our heaters (600x1000) unfortunately stopped heating but the pump still kept running. Chris was very helpful with suggestions to try but had to order replacement. Quick delivery to Scotland and heater was installed the same day.

Amazing Service. Chris Visted Our Home To Carry Out A Survey On The Room Where We Wanted The Radiator In, Chris Put A Smaller Version Of The Radiator Into The Room Where We Wanted To Heat. After Twenty Minutes We Could Feel The Difference In The Room. We Went With His Recommendation For The Size To Heat Our Room, His Product Knowledge Was Brilliant, Now We Have A Room That Is Lovely And Warm. We Are Extremely Happy That We Chose The Signature Radiator, Radiwarm Have Gone Above And Beyond Our Expections, I Would Highly Recommend This Company.

During a refurbishment, one of the smart controller brackets was accidentally damaged. I called and spoke with Karen, who was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a replacement at no cost. The replacement even arrived the next day! Their excellent customer service and attention to detail make Radiwarm a company I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for smart electric central heating solutions.

Great service and product. Have had the heater for five years and totally satisfied with it. I took it off the wall to paint behind it. When I tried to refit it, I broke the spring on the bracket and couldn't fix it. Phone the company and spoke to Chris, who could not be more helpful and replacement brackets sent out.

The service, communication and promptness with delivery was exceptional. The heaters look modern and certainly a huge improvement to what we had with a price which was more than competitive. Whilst not having them on for an extended period (Summer) they certainly generate a significant amount of heat. Individual thermostats available which can also be regulated whilst away from home through wi fi. Highly recommend.

When my Sunflow radiator failed I was unable to replace it with anorher, but Radiwarm provided a replacement which provided effective electric heating programmable to respod continually to air temperature at a chosen location in the room. I now have 5 Radiwarm radiators which provide effective heating in the hall, through lounge, kittchen and main bedroom.
The Radiwarm radiator is slightly noisier than the silent Sunflow was, but this is not a major issue for us.
The Radiwarm works well with the controllers supplied with the Sunflow radiatord, though branded RadiWarm controllers are imncluded in the price.
The staff fitting the radiators and removing the old ones were technically competent, quick and helpful. /all rubbish was removed and the radiators tested before they left.

Radiwarm is a very professional company with knowledgeable helpful staff. It is a delight to be guided through the various stages of which Rad would be best for my circumstances, the ordering process and the delivery process. The product is of a very high quality and I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone. 5 big stars.

Replaced 4 storage heaters with the Signature range radiators and the Smart controller with 4 zone thermostats back in 2020 in my elderly mums retirement apartment. Fantastic! Mum is always warm and her energy bills are much reduced as the apartment can be warm when it is needed. The Smart App is great as I can monitor her zone temperatures remotely and make any adjustments necessary. A great product all round.

This product is marketed as a great heating solution if you don't have an installed boiler system already or it is not practical or convenient to use the above where you need the heat. The latter in my case as I needed to heat a garage/gym/bar but only occasionally so this seemed the perfect fit! All I can say is it's the best thing I've bought in a long time, efficient, super easy to use and above all else toasty. Highly recommended.

We have a RadiWarm radiator in our conservatory, and it’s fantastic!
It’s great at warming the space quickly and is really economical (looks good too).
Much better than the old heater we used to have, and solves a problem in a space where we can’t pipe in a radiator from the central heating.
I will be recommending these to my parents who don’t have central heating or gas in their home. Would make sense for them to use & save them money.

We have a couple of RadiWarm radiators in an extension over the garage.

Although we are now looking to replace one of the radiators, we have had 16 years excellent performance from them: they come to temperature quickly and belt out heat, easily warming the sizeable living space. For this reason, we had no hesitation in seeking a like for like replacement.

As the radiators are 16 years old, I decided to speak with the team at RadiWarm to check which radiator I needed and they were quick to respond, very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful.

My large eco warm radiator could not be regulated and I called Radiwarm who were very helpful patiently guiding me through various solutions. These did not work and their midlands manager Alex Richardson came to my home. Taking advice from their head office engineers. It was decided to take it back to the factory and this has resulted in a successful solution. Randiwarm went above and beyond at every stage. Alex going the extra mile and professionally handled us as elderly, with empathy and assurance. Radiwarm have shown a level of customer support I would never have expected but was given in full and more. Their product is the best, and cannot with their attitude and response be bettered.
