Very impressed with the whole process from the initial contact to completion. From first contact to the fitting of the solar panels and removal of the scaffold all carried out within 2 months. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Consultation explained my options in layman’s terms. Workforce were conscientious and professional throughout, and the standard of work couldn’t be faulted.

Firstly, I liked the range of products they offered. In particular the flush fitting solar panels, which several other companies I contacted never even mentioned.
I never felt pressured into buying.
Although there were weather issues which delayed the start of the job, they kept me updated.
The workmen were respectful of my property. They continued working despite periods of inclement weather.
I am very pleased with the workmanship and the unobtrusive appearance of the panels.

The family team at Radiance provided a smooth and hassle-free experience from quotation through to handover of our new solar PV installation. With all trades in-house there were no delays due to third parties and all work was carried out promptly to a high standard.

I’d been considering solar and battery for a while and contacted a few of the ‘big’ name but I wasn’t happy with the remote quotes and no prior site visits. So after a little research I contacted Radiance for a quote they came out when they said they would, fully explained the quote and work and were very reasonably priced. The job was done quickly and efficiently in a couple of days. I am delighted with the results don’t pass these guys buy. Highly recommend Radiance renewable energy solutions . From quotation to installation . They are professional and the pre installation survey was very detailed showing the full benefits of Solar and storage. Any issues were dealt with promptly and without quibble.
The installation team were extremely hardworking in very hot conditions . Of course you can go with a big Solar installation firm and just be a name on a balance sheet but you will not get a better bespoke service than Radiance. Stay local!

Great communication from start to finish and they took care of all the required paperwork with the DNO. Very competitive quote compared to larger UK companies and a more personal feel dealing with a local installer giving more peace of mind with aftercare. Installation was carried out to a high standard with quality craftmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in Cumbria.

Complex solar electric power project involving 2 separate buildings , well explained and cheerfully and promptly undertaken at a competitive price including underground cabling, car charger, back up batteries and emergency off grid capability.
So far electric consumption dropped to standing charge only per day.
