I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the hosting service I recently purchased from your company. On [11/8/2023], I made a payment of 1250/= rupees through Easy Paisa for hosting services, but to my dismay, I have yet to receive the hosting I paid for.
This situation is not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional. I expected prompt and reliable service after making a payment, but the complete lack of response or action from your end has left me questioning the legitimacy of your business.
I have been a customer of Rabhost for some time now, and I have always appreciated the quality of service you used to provide. However, this recent experience has shattered my trust in your company's ability to fulfill its promises.
I urge you to immediately rectify this issue by providing me with the hosting services I paid for without any further delay. Additionally, I expect a thorough explanation for the delay and a commitment to improving your customer service moving forward.

worst service ever, I Purchased hosting plan 4 days ago, and after getting payment,
1st it wasn't working, Submitted tickets, contacted them on WhatsApp and call but no response was received, now today they've suspended my hosting plan without any reason now again they aren't replying to my messages and ticket,
Never ever buy hosting from them, most of the positive reviews are fake on google here.
