I had ordered a new pair of adidas predators on march 27th, I paid a fair price for it, they said that only one pair left from that one size, the order confirmation email said that the shipping will take about 3-4 days, however after four day I hadnt received any letter from the company or the shipping company neither. I wrote an email, about where my package is. They told me the pair of Predator werent in stock. I dissapointed, why couldnt they just send an email about that, I was waiting for nothing. Bad experience

Odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie. Reklamacja rozpatrywana online na podstawie przesłanych zdjęć została odrzucona, zaproponowałam przesłanie ubrania do analizy "ekspertów". Pani z działu reklamacji odmówiła i zaleciła kontakt z odpowiednim urzędem ds. konsumenta. Normalnie żarty, bluza Adidas kupiona za prawie 400 zł wygląda jak s*mata po pierwszym praniu!- praniu wykonanym według instrukcji na metce wszytej w ubranie🤯

Ordered pair of boots Dec 17th. Arrived within a week. Not what I ordered, they sent the wrong size.

Email sent & patiently waited for a reply. Slow communication 👎🏻 They claimed it was a mistake with system or something along those lines. I firmly believe they just sent the closest size they had to what I ordered as they didn't have the correct size to send despite advertising that they did.

Long winded communication & in order to return I had to pay postage myself even though its their problem.

Sent wrong order & basically kept my money & the postage I had to pay to add insult to injury. I did finally get my money back over a month later so only reason I would give 2 stars & not one.

Dodgy, untrustworthy company with poor communication 👎🏻👎🏻

Definitely never order from them again!

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie. Złożyłem reklamację dotyczącą butów piłkarskich, które po krótkim czasie użytkowania wykazały poważne wady. Zamiast rzetelnego rozpatrzenia sprawy, sklep całkowicie zrzucił winę na klienta, stwierdzając że dobrałem za małe buty(od 6 lat mam ten sam numer buta i gram tylko w adidasie)

Takie podejście jest nieuczciwe i pokazuje brak poszanowania dla praw konsumenta. Oczekiwałem profesjonalnej obsługi i rozwiązania problemu, a spotkałem się jedynie z próbą przerzucenia odpowiedzialności. Sklep nie tylko nie uznał reklamacji, ale też potraktował klienta w sposób lekceważący.

Jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca, w którym jego prawa będą respektowane, a reklamacje rozpatrywane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, to ten sklep zdecydowanie nie jest właściwym wyborem.

I don't know why there's not the option of zero stars...my experience is the worst...i have made an order of a pair of football boots on 6/9/2025 and until now my order is at the status of handling...what is the difficulty of handling such a simple order i can't imagine...the 90% of the things i buy is from online stores.. sometimes there is delay..ok i can understand it... but such a thing is the first i have to deal with... sorry guys to say but do something fast or close the online store..

Ware vor über einem Monat über Unisport bestellt aber sie wurde nicht auf der Rechnung aufgeführt. Kam auch nicht an. Bezahlen soll ich es aber! Achtung, man sollte nicht bestellen sobald es über R-Gol geht. Der Rest von Unisport kam an, da war alles in Ordnung

I bought a couple of football jerseys. I received only one a few days later, I sent an email complaining and they said that they didn’t have the other one so I got the refund two days later.

I ordered a VEO 3 camera set along with accessories from rgol.com on June 24th, but shortly after placing the order, I contacted them (within a few hours) requesting to upgrade to the VEO 3 5G. Despite my quick request, the order was not updated or cancelled.

What followed was extremely frustrating. The website has since been completely changed regarding orders to Greece, and they no longer list any cameras for sale. I still haven’t received a refund for my cancelled order weeks later.

I was initially assured that the package would not leave the country, yet it was shipped to Greece via Poland, forcing me to physically go and refuse the delivery in hopes that it would be returned and trigger my refund.

To this day, I have not received my money back, and communication from their side has been unhelpful, untrue and evasive. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this site - their lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable.

Partnerunternehmen von unisports. Mangelhafte Ausschilderung der hohen Rücksendekosten. Definitiv darauf achten wenn man über unisports bestellt, damit man nicht überrascht wird.

Ive had a look at the reviews and was very worried when i ordered i thaught i had got scammed but they were very helpful with good response times and they were constantly updating me on my order when it arrived the shoes were perfect with 0 flaws and even came with a thank you note wouldnt believe the old reviews as they were spot on with everything

Ware bei Uhlsport bestellt. Ware kommt von aber von R-Gol aus Polen! Retoure muss man selbst bezahlen. Kostet 12-14€! Bei Uhlsport ist das kostenlos u. unkompliziert. Nie wieder kaufe ich dort. Das ist auch von Uhlsport nicht in Ordnung.

Habe über Unisport Nike-Fußballschuhe bestellt und nicht beachtet, dass sie nicht direkt von ihnen sind, sondern von R-GOL.
Was war gut:
- Schnelle Lieferung
- Original-Nike, also auch keine B-Ware
- Rückzahlungsvorgang aufwändig, aber ok

Was war doof:
- Rücksendung nach Polen kostet 12€, die ich selbst tragen musste
Stand wohl auch kleingedruckt dabei…

Ich habe mir ein Sondertrikot bestellt, welches, scheinbar, nur in diesem Online Shop verfügbar war. Die Lieferung ging schnell, allerdings kam eine BESCHÄDIGTE und LEERE Packung an. Der Support ist bereits informiert.

Man sollte deutlicher die hohen Retourekosten ausweisen, wenn man R-Gol Artikel über Unisport bestellt.
Für mich war das im Nachhinein eine böse Überraschung

Once again I realized how important is to check reviews for a shop you never used before. Good thing my order is relatively small, but let me share everything stepby step.

I ordered Adidas Tiro Match football. It was on sale, and at first glance I'd save around 30% of the cost even with'international' delivery.

First sign of a potential problem I noticed right at checout: the delivery cost (from Poland to Ukraine) was 70 UAH (1.5 USD), which could be the price for a small domestic delivery, and not something international.

Then, my order was in 'New order' status for about a week. Indeed, they have support, and their manager actually responded quite fast (morning the next day after my inquiry). And they said that they do not process orders during weekend (I paid on Saturday) and delivery usually takes 6-10 days.

This is when I started reading reviews. I noticed most people hated delivery times, quality of delivered products, and that it's almost impossible to refund.

Then, I realized it: most likely, they do not send products from Poland. Most likely, they have some footmen to take the goods with them, cross the border, and only after that they are delivered as 'domestic', hence the delivery times. Just my assumption, but looks like it.

But my main problem is the product I finally received (they actually delivered it in 10 days). The ball I received seemed to have an official Adidas packaging, but it looked like it was stuck between two massive shelves for several years: it's shape is far from being perfect, and it also has signs of glue from older labels. I think it was lying on multiple storages for at least 3 years (based on the Adidas label with 8/2022 date on it, which looks like manufacture date). The ball model is also does not correspond with the one on their website. So yeah, they sold a flawed piece of equipment disguised as a good one on sale.

Overall, cheapest is dearest I presume. But don't think the shop is cheap: in general, their products are in line with many official stores interms of pricing. Thus, I strongly advice not to buy anything from them, since you'll get a lot of headache and, most likely, won't be satisfied with the end product

Mal wieder ein … ich muss ja ein Stern vergeben! Fußballschuhe bestellt, nichts gekommen! Nach 10 Tagen nachgehört…Achja, ist nicht lieferbar! Bis heute immer noch kein Geld zurück! Miese Kommunikation, nur auf nachfragen! Hände weg!!!!

ordered some bits for my son, and as per usual, the delivery was brilliant and the quality of the goods was great. I wish the points earned would last more than the 6 months though, give it 10 to 12 months instead and i would be buying a lot more. but, great experience. thank you again
