Quality information and service from ‘Huw’
I had some queries and concerns about policies that I have and previously didn’t get the help I needed via emails but having a phone call with ‘Huw’ really answered all my questions and queries. He went above and beyond to get me the information that I needed straight away and more. He was able to get me precise information that I needed so I can make decisions further down the line. Really appreciate his attitude and communication through a lengthy hour call we had today.

I found quote detective the cheapest by far! Had Hassan Ali assist me with the process of taking out my taxi insurance, he made sure that he explained everything to me, making sure I understood everything. However he was quick in communicating, which shows that he has those skills. I found this guy very perfect with his work.

Left me broke
Just don't sign the contract i was an hour late making a deadline payment after work (I explained I'm phonless atm and emailing them before the deadline) and wouldn't reinstate my policy so cost me again to make a new 1! Took 50 quid off a £141 cancellation fee for reinstating a new policy with them!! Left me physically upset
