A fantastic product.
A fantastic product, superbly built at a fair price. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the sash windows we ordered. A great product. Delivery was scheduled for a Thursday which I’d taken time off work for, but actually arrived in Wednesday! Luckily (and by complete chance) someone was able to take delivery, but I wonder what would have happened had we not been around.

Your delivery must’ve been scheduled for early Thursday morning and as our driver was in the area and finished his Wednesday schedule sooner than expected he simply made an attempt to deliver. Please rest assured that had no one been there to take the delivery we wouldn’t have left your goods unattended and the driver would’ve returned the next day to deliver as planned. We do apologise if this caused any inconvenience.

Great service and great quality…
Great service and great quality windows. We had the wood effect PVC sliding sash windows fitted in December and live in a conservation area. You cannot tell they are not wood unless you get really close to them. Made a huge difference to our old windows. Much safer, quieter and more secure.

Not the best experience this time round…
Not the best experience this time round - my previous orders were always handled more efficiently. Late delivery due to despatch problems, confusing payment info that I was expected to know (they use two different bank accounts). Patio door handle holes not drilled correctly so had to drill my own.
MUST DO BETTER.
