I ordered some arrows and other stuff via the website nearly two weeks ago. No one answers the phone, no responses at all to any correspondence via their website or via email.

I have now cancelled the order and will be requesting a charge back via my card provider.

Not sure what's wrong but Customer service has gone off a cliff.

I really didn't want to leave a poor review of Quicks but my frustration is now off the chart.
I ordered a practise butt, target faces and pins. Weeks passed and no delivery. I called and emailed no response. Finally I got through to someone cancelled the order and arranged a refund. Weeks have now passed and no refund. This is appalling customer service. I won't be using them again.

I wanted some specific custom carbon arrows and quicks were the store that responded. They took their time to help me understand what i needed specifically for me and my recurve setup. They then linked me to the arrows based on my budget and amazingly they made them and dispatched them within a day.

They have arrived and are perfectly made.

This experience is 110% what any customer needs and i will use quicks for all of my arrows moving forward.

Son needed new arrows urgently for a competition.
Phoncall helpful advice and they arrived a day early. So a day to practice/tune.

I bought a 90 x 90 Rover Practise (their spelling) Butt for garden use. It was damaged on delivery, with broken stitching. Although I repaired that myself, the main problem was that the straw in the butt was so soft in parts that it allowed arrows to pass straight through, damaging the feathers. Quicks said this was normal, even for a low poundage practice bow. I had one of these butts for years and I can never remember any arrow passing through it. This one was very poor quality and not fit for use.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff member was kind and considerate and made sure I received the right equipment- everything was double checked and I had a trial run with my new bow
My archery club forgot to fill out my discount form for first time buyers, however the staff member added the discount anyway to the final price to help me get on the pathway to enjoy archery on a full time basis.
I even brought my medical ID (I work at the local hospital in Chichester) and security checks just to give the staff assurance that I was safe to handle and keep bows/arrows, but they already trusted me and I was quite humbled by the whole experience.

We need more people this in the UK- they really help to make up your day.

I've tried several other archery websites and I noticed that Quicks were not the cheapest, although there was little in it. Then I tried Quicks because the other sites didn't quite seem to have the detail and advice I wanted. I'm MORE than glad I did! The website gave more than sufficient detail, and the nocks I ordered arrived the next day. Typically, within a few days I found I needed more and again, their service was quick (sorry!) and efficient. Our club has just started archery, and this is the website I'll be referring our members to now, following some disappointing service from another firm.

i am a scout leader , and required some additional archery kit for some forthcoming activities , the whole process was simple , and they did a complete check on existing kit , offered tips and advice , so kind and helpful , really appreciated

Ordered late on Monday and the items arrived on Wednesday. Really fast delivery but I liked that they took the time to call me to check the way that I would like one of the items sent in order for it not to be damaged. They talked me through the options. It was really nice to actually speak to someone who cares about the order. Great company and I would order from them again no question.

Went to get my first archery setup this week, after using a club bow for five months. The staff were extremely helpful, taking the time to help me get the ideal setup for my needs and my budget. I can’t recommend them enough.

Overall a very good and helpful experience. The staff member I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient. They did have a tendency to makes jabs if I questioned cost and cost effectiveness which I didn’t think was appropriate. But as long as you stick to your budget (lots of options) and perhaps say something to stop the jabs re cost/spending immediately you’ll find it a better experience. I had to keep shutting them down re spending quips as it was getting irritating. And I spent a fair amount anyway on gear so their attitude was not helpful which was a shame as otherwise they were very good.

My wife and I went to see the guys at Quicks Archery (Honiton Branch) on Friday afternoon to purchase a beginner bow and accessories and an resumer's bow and accessories.

What an extremely pleasant and fun experience from the extremely knowledgably staff and one of the best purchasing experiences in many, many years.

Once again a trip to Quicks. Bought a few things to go on a bow and, oh, nearly forgot, a new bow! Absolutely brilliant service as usual. Phil spent nearly the whole morning helping me decide which bow to buy and then setting it all up. Absolutely no pressure. Love this shop and the people who work there.

As you will see in other reviews, Quicks employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting you the right equipment for what you need. I do the purchasing for our equipment and, whether it be email or call, they're quick to help. Leslie, Phil and Ashley are the members of staff I have been in contact with consistently, and have all be great. Would recommend to anyone looking for archery equipment, novice or advanced.

I went to quicks today to purchase my first bow, I booked in advance which is advisable as they get quite busy. I met Phil who was brilliant not trying to sell anything which was not required at this stage, I kept to my budget and left with the right kit for me.
There was no rush as Phil wanted to make sure that I left with what was tailored exactly for me, tested all the equipment in the range upstairs .
Phil set the equipment up for me and cut the new arrows to the correct length all ready to use.
Great service, Great staff, all very helpful and friendly would highly recommend.

Stumbled upon Quicks website after being let down by a different vendor. So glad I did..
Quicks have a very helpful advisor Leslie, who was very quick at responding to my email request!
Being an absolute novice at archery, its reassuring that there are people out there to offer advice!
I was able to place my order with confidence, and had the added bonus of my order being delivered the very next day.

This was my first visit to Quicks and it was very positive indeed. I’m a new archer and came away very happy with the kit I bought. The team were extremely patient, they offered great advice in terms of my kit preferences and shooting style - and then in recommending arrows to suit. I chose the riser and limbs first and then tested these out on their range, upstairs. They even proposed ever-so-slightly different arrows just so I could shoot both and then select the better performing spec for the bow. I can highly recommend Quicks.
